WHAT THE HELL CAN STOP A VIRALLY PREDATORY
TOXIC CULT LIKE SCIENTOLOGY THAT IS SHIELDED BY
CONSTITUTIONALLY PROTECTED RELIGIOUS RIGH
TS?
ANSWER: For 70 years, nothing.

SO IT'S HOPELESS? No, not at all.

COMMENTARY:
Scientology's greatest strength is its greatest weakness. Separation of Church & State, leaving any religion alone--in a regulatory-free epic sanctuary.
But the religious protection is also its greatest weakness. Because it is "RELIGIOUS" protection. Hang on, i know what you are thinking. However, none of this requires that anyone prove that Scientology is not a religion. That is quicksand where there are only air bubbles where once people tried.
So, let Scientology be religion! I venture to say that it is virtually impossible to disqualify its religious status after it has been given a 70 year head start to create literally thousands of layers of protective landmines. No problem.
But there are parts of Scientology that, by precedent and tax code, are not provided with religious protections, particularly in some of its commercial enterprises and/or transactions. Those have already been excluded without Scientology's objection. Of course they didn't object because they got the other 99.99% of the bargain---the protection of parishioner donations for auditing/training services and to the IAS, Ideal Org program, WTH Foundation, et al.
OKAY MR. SMARTY-PANTS, SO WHAT? Okay this is my theory on how to handle the countless IEDs that the cult of Scientology has buried in every conceivable direction. Here is a plausible and I think viable theory that can be developed by a crack legal team to tiptoe through that minefield without being blown up by the "religious" folks over there "worshipping" their messianic Trinity (Meitreya, Miscavige & Money).
It's all wrapped up inside a misunderstood word. A word that Scientology word clearers did everything in their power to not allow the IRS to clear. The word is "DONATION".
It's legally quite simple to make a distinction between a DONATION and a PRICE LIST where one is making quite obviously making a purchase. The cult has purposely muddied the issue, gamed the issue, lied about the issue and otherwise avoided the issue. But the observable fact is that part of the religion of Scientology has a CASH REGISTER and a PRICE LIST and people are BUYING things there.
One of the cult's more favored smokescreens is the alteration of the term "DONATION" and conflating it with "FIXED DONATION".
Scientology is a self-help organization with a religious component. They need to be separated. The org can dedicate X square feet to commercial activity (i.e. pricelist purchases) and the remaining portion of the org can be a church. No conflict.
If someone makes a PURCHASE based on a pricelist, well that's a PURCHASE. If they want to tithe 10% of what they earn to the "CHURCH" component, so be it. Let the donor take a tax writeoff. But that donor cannot have less rights to worship the religion than the donor who writes a check for $600,000 to buy their "Bridge".
Get it? Anyone can worship and practice the religion for free or for a fixed tithe. BUT everyone who tithes is the same as everyone else, no matter who pays what.
This is the achilles heel of Scientology. They have thus far confused the inept and likely corrupt IRS.
I would assume that experts like Mike Rinder would know quite a bit about how to disassemble this explosive device by knowing which color wires to cut first.
There is just no way Scientology can make a reasonable defense that they are not SELLING things inside their religion. No other religion in the history of the world had a price-list.
This is what Scientology fears the most.
The only other thing that terrorizes the leader of Scientology more is that they personally will be sued and forced to appear inside a courtroom where full discovery and cross-examination and forensic accounting are legal. Inside the "religion" of Scientology, all of those things are "HIGH CRIMES" and "SUPPRESSIVE ACTS".
And that's how the "most ethical people in the world" roll !

In Scientology who gets what percentage of blame for what happens?

Does the cult guru get 100% of the blame?
Or does the cult member get 50% of the blame?
Or is there another more just metric?

- I'm kind of leaning this way -

IN ALL CULTS THERE IS A SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP

The craven cult conman craves collaborative & contributing culties, and--
The credulous culties crave a contemptibly creepy charlatan commander. It's--
The c-org---a criminally cringey and corrupt commodore & cob with
their curiously cooperative churchgoing clowns and casualties.

.
I c you have a grip on descriptors.

The pressure for stats and revenue is unbelievable.
Stats need to be reported by the HOUR.
So Jeanie Sonenfild went down the wrong fork in the road.
This is a story of someone who was "on the level" (Solo Nots) for decades, then did OT 8.

50 years in the cult. Alll training done.
All OT Levels done.

According to leaks, Jeanie had her staff take out multiple credit cards all at once with $70,000 to $80,000 limits.
Then these credit cards were used for PUBLIC to buy bridge.
So the staff were funding public bridge on credit cards they could not even pay bare minimums.
They lost their credit.
The credit cards were in collections.
Of course the cult retained all the money
Eventually knowledge reports went up the lines and a mission came and removed Jeanie and her son Connor.
They were doing hard labor in Los Angeles a few short months ago.
David Sonenfild, her husband and father of Connor Sonenfild has 4th stage cancer and has been ailing for a while.
The cult has never had any empathy or mercy when one of the spouses is progressing towards terminal.
The shore story given Cincinnati Org staff is that she has been "retired"
Image #1 JeanieChristmascard.jpgHere's the staff who have no credit, can't pay back the credit card company
Image #2 A continental champion !
Examine the fluff and froth of the glossy images and what is behind the curtains lifted up.

The cult of course has counted all this money as GI revenue. The stats are good !

Was anyone from the cult prosecuted for these frauds?

The disturbing thing is this didn't even raise my eyebrows.

It was simply a case of SSDD:

WoW....Jeanie Sonenfild has been around for a LONG time...!

She was married to Bill Franks, the ED of FCDC back around 1973.....when I got on lines there....

She was already a big wheel in the Cult back then...

Bill Franks not much later became ED International.....running the whole show.

I remember when Jeanie was sent to "open Japan" and ran that operation for quite some time.....(back in the late 80's ?)

So....Jeanie is now doing hard labor in LA? (bring her close to headquarters to keep tabs on her...and keep her under guard...?)

That is really something.

Interesting news!

And yes, par for the course....same shit different day.

Ron is the source that will lead you to grief
I have recently heard through the grapevine that Jeannie is gone.

"Retired" is not a Cult word I'm familiar with.... Gone....I kinda get....

So....basically she was turned out....

That means she is somewhere out there.....doing what? Adjusting to wog life? Trying to figure out how to keep a roof over her head?

Edited: or did she get a payout......payoff...?

What is incredibly STUPID about this Christmas photo of Scientology Staffers and Public at the Church of Scientology Cincinnati Org is they are wearing a 2nd generation Implant hat.

Confused? Don't be - Christmas is the "birth of Jesus Christ" the 1st IMPLANT or FAC ONE.

1st generation Implant - L Ron Hubbard's discovery of "The Christ Game"
ENJOY this short video from L Ron Hubbard who will reveal the super duper secret discoveries of the universe:

So the 2nd gen Implant is Santy Claus.

The purpose of wearing Santa Claus hats is to appear to be in agreement with WOGS who celebrate the birth of Christ. It is propaganda and mind control.

Thanks Karakorum.
Would it be possible to define "gone" a little more ?
You are now the 3rd person asking me for more information, that I'm yet trying to find myself. I've been 10 years out of scientology and declared. I know far more what was going on 3 decades ago (and I'm not going to speak about this in public, as most of it is sourced from ethics folders) than what is going on now. Despite what most seem to think, I don't have any "deep throat sources".
I'm just sorry I can't be of any more help :(
