Independent Field Ethics Report on Justin Craig aka LRH 2.0
Note: Patricia Krenik (Case Supervisor Elma Center) and Trey Lotz (Auditor Cass VIII) are considered accomplices to this violations. Patricia Krenick failed to qualify the returnee status of Justin Craig. Trey Lots gave support to Justin Craig disregarding completely the Tech Degrades Senior Policy of Scientology.
Justin Craig's Public Relations Flap and statements in public that "Scientology is dead" has brought great disrepute to the independent field. The flap is now being propagandized in Tonny Ortega's tabloid website.
A list of Justin Craig's transgressions to the Scientology codes is listed (and a bill of particulars furnished for every transgression) and recommendations are being prepared to deal with the flap. MISDEMEANORS
TECHNICAL MISDEMEANORS
1. Knowing and repeated departures from standard technology, instructional procedures or policy.
(Justin Craig repeatedly violated the Technical Degrades Policy Letter.)
9. Any alteration or non-standard rendition of a process.
Justin Craig altered the tech on floating needle and End Phenomena.)
GENERAL MISDEMEANORS
2. Discourtesy.
(Justin Craig was discourteous to well respected auditors in the independent field an at Ron's Orgs.)
11. Alteration of senior policy or continued ignorance of.
(Justin Craig continuously ignored the senior policy on Tech Degrades.)
15. Disturbing a course or class.
(Patricia Krenick reported that Justin Craig disturbed her org resulting in her org losing a Pc.)
17. The discovery of their having an undisclosed criminal background in this lifetime.
(Justin Craig's confesses that he hid his criminal background from Scientologists. Only Tonny Ortega brought it into view.)
18. The discovery of an undisclosed tenure in a mental hospital.
(In his last video, Justin Craig confesses that he has been 'insane' and under meds, providing no further data.)
19. Omissions resulting in disrepute or financial loss.
(Justin Craig omitted the KSW and Tech Degrade senior policies.)
23. Misconduct.
(Justin Craig is spreading defeatism in his last video.)
Crimes:
NON-COMPLIANCE AND NEGLECT
2. Placing Scientology or Scientologists at risk.
(First by pretending to be the re-incarnation of LRH without the proper qualification actions.)
(Second, by developing a completely new "Scientology Tech" without the proper and previous qualification steps taken.)
TECHNICAL CRIMES
6. Not bringing a preclear up through the grades but overwhelming the preclear with high grades.
(Justin Craig "new tech" dispenses with all the previous tech of LRH. Scientology Grades are not applied).
GENERAL CRIMES
3. Impersonating a Scientologist or staff member when not authorized.
(Justin Craig impersonating LRH without the proper qualifications steps taken to verify his identity.)
6. Spreading destructive rumors about senior Scientologists.
(Justin Craig spreading destructive rumors about Trey Lotz. Senior Ron's Org auditors and senior field keepers of tech.)
15. Causing severe and disreputable disturbances resulting in disrepute.
(His demand that auditors should only use Justin Craig's tech and not LRH tech created disrepute among auditors with Patricia Krenick and Trey Lotz denouncing him for that and caused them to withdraw the allegiance once granted. His statement, in a public video, that Scientology is dead created disturbance among his followers and independent scientologists.)
18. Falsely degrading an auditor's technical reputation.
(Justin Craig degraded the reputation of Patricia Krenick, Trey Lotz and other important recognized auditors in the independent field and Ron's Orgs, whose technical reputation had not been in question.)
High Crimes (Suppressive Acts)
ATTACKS ON SCIENTOLOGY AND SCIENTOLOGISTS
14. Pronouncing Scientologists guilty of the practice of standard Scientology.
(By demanding his followers to use and apply only Justin Craig's tech and abandon LRH's tech, he pronounced those scientologists guilty of the practice of LRH standard Scientology.)
TECHNICAL HIGH CRIMES
2. Pretending to have an organization but have no technical personnel on staff in Tech or Qual.
(Justin Craig clearly lacked a Qualifications Division. Justin Craig never validated his identity, starting with the Security Checks mandated for returnees, in HCOB, from 1985, Handling of Past Life Auditing.)
Further actions involve violation of the Keeping Scientology Working Policy, by considering and labeling LRH Scientology as "background" or "only for reference" material in regards to his new tech.
Misdemeanors are subject to direct punishment by order and for a staff member the punishment is the assignment of a condition below Normal Operation and reduction of pay for the period assigned.
Recourse may be had by requesting a Committee of Evidence.
The same offenses may be used for a Committee of Evidence but not both a Committee and punishment by direct order - one or the other.
Non-staff or field or mission Scientologists committing those of the above (except organizational) offenses applicable may have a Committee of Evidence convened on them.
Where serious, repeated or of magnitude harmful to many, the same offenses can be re-classed as Crimes by a Convening Authority.
So, Justin Craig can be assigned immediately a condition below Normal Operation. The condition assigned is Confusion.
