Now, we have even stronger confirmation that this is the case, with a flyer announcing the New Year’s event, and featuring an image of Miscavige on stage.

During the pandemic and up to this summer, Miscavige had been holding smaller versions of these annual Scientology rites at the Fort Harrison Hotel in Clearwater, Florida, and while evading process servers who would like to haul the pope of Scientology into numerous lawsuits in Florida and California.

I haven't been inside a Scientology establishment in over 40 years. In the last 2 days I've got about 10 calls (never answered) for their big event in Los Angeles. They are desperate.

Interesting! I had a very similar experience. Haven't had any contact with Scientology in decades. I have multiple mobile phones for different business or personal matters. One of those phone numbers is ancient and I haven't even answered a call on it since before the 1986 "RON IS SO OT THAT HE HAD TO KILL HIS BODY" celebration event--when billion-year-buttheads were leaving voice messages that there was a "mandatory" event that I "needed" to confirm I would attend. Oops I missed attending that vital briefing that could have helped me attain OT powers!! LOL.

The word "mandatory" contradicts every single reason I ever had to check out or try Scientology. Total Freedom is suddenly "mandatory"? I don't think so. LOL

Anyways, that particular phone has not even rung aloud in 75 million years. But once in a while I look to see the caller IDs of anyone that tried to call it. Never received any cult calls or cult promo for decades.

But suddenly in the last week there were TEXT MESSAGES from the planet clearers! Wow, they really needed to reach me for some event. I didn't even read what it was. But, as you did, I marveled at the desperation and pathos of a dying cult trying to stir up business.

Talking about 1986, I just noticed for the first time another text message that arrived back then that is kind of eerily similar to the Hubbardites' messages:

27 April 1986 - URGENT: Your attendance is mandatory at a gala event in order to save Scientology in the USSR! Based on black-pr rumors and merchant of chaos lies, the media has enturbulated the field with false data that makes it seem that there is some kind of danger to Scientologists coming into the org. This could not be further from the truth! In fact our org here in the USSR has been flourishing and prospering at unprecedented rates and highest-evers! What we need you to do is to confirm that you will show your support by attending the event in Russia celebrating our huge expansion and proving once and for all that there is no danger whatsoever for people going into the org. Kindly ignore all media 3rd party about the so-called "toxic" org in the USSR and be sure to KR any Scientologist who is spreading fake warnings and crazy conspiracies. Remember Ron's words when people try to drive you into fear about going into our org--that SPs only howl when we are winning! ​
