ANSWER: Because, per Ron's scripture, receiving $1.3 Billion for doing nothing would be "out exchange", which is criminal.

Ideally, Scientologists should aspire to personally become enriched by $1.3 Billion exactly like Dr. Hubbard and Minister Miscavige did. By ethically exchanging magical powers to beings trapped in the MEST universe, so they can escape and thereafter help do body routing on other planets for the next billion years.

SUMMARY: Many scientologists very unfortunately search for "GET RICH QUICK SCHEMES". But the above advice to work as a staff member @$50 per week for 1B years is an infinitely better deal than the homo sap lottery. The SHSBC has been closed down for years, as has the Class VIII course.

The cult clearly did not believe Hubbard tech or that his lectures produced auditors, hence the removal of these (now for years in length of time)
There is no available official CoS statement that it was formally “shut down”, rather, both courses *faded* into the sunset.
Both these courses were 100% Hubbard who declared that calling such "historical" "Background data" was SUPPRESSIVE !

What caused me great surprise was the cancellation of Key to LIfe and LOC (Life Orientation Course) as OUT TECH ! Some 5 years or more ago.

Of course the 10s of 1000s of monies $$$$$$$$$ regged for these courses is never refunded, and the dupes must swallow that they sat and paid for squirrel out tech courses.

If you think about it, that's one of the most ETHICAL things the cult of Scientology has ever done.

Admit that their product doesn't work and shut it down.

That's an excellent start. 1 product recalled and 9,999 left to go.

To wit, every single level in Scientology should be canceled as OUT TECH. Nobody went Clear. Nobody went OT.

The only OT they ever created was the letters "O" and "T" on the completion certificates.

Has any government properly acknowledged Hubbard for improving the org board that an ancient galactic civilization successfully used for 80 trillion years? Those idiots forgot to include an important division! But Hubbard fixed it. We should make a proposal to some national governments and the UN, so Hubbard gets properly acknowledged.

Actually, any Class IV auditor has the skills necessary to run any process in Scientology from wog to OT VIII. Because they use the same e-meter, the same "auditing com cycle" and the assessment tech to do correction lists. All they would need to do is "read it, drill it, do it" with any process above Grade IV.

There is an ages-old MYTHOLOGY inside Scientology that the various auditor levels are somehow similar to the auditing, Clear-To-OT levels where the "being" gains miraculous superowers. That was all just marketing mumbo-jumbo. So once the full Grade Chart was in place there was NO NEED WHATSOEVER to deliver a Briefing Course or a Class VIII course. The "Ls" auditors might need to do a little study cycle to deliver the magical "Ls" processes but that is no different than a Class Zero auditor learning other auditing styles on the Academy (Class 0-Class IV course). The different auditing styles are not broken down into different courses and given special magical mojo by having their own "auditor class" level on the Grade Chart.

There is absolutely NOTHING on the Briefing Course or the Class VIII course that is needed since all the auditing since the 1970s is "standardized" and requires no special skills other than learning the next processes commands and how it's run.

Ergo, if the Briefing Course and Class VIII courses disappear (as they have) not a single thing changes in all the auditing sessions and case supervision rooms in the world.

This all neatly fits under the headline "SCIENTOLOGY TECH 2025 - STREAMLINED". The cycle is simple.

1. Hype the hell out of the next level. Use prodigious amounts of hyperbole, lies and fraudulent claims.​

2. Create an absurd price for it. (e.g. charge several thousand dollars for OT I, where the process is telling the​
mark to go visit a train or bus station and "count bodies". That's it. Then "Write up your Cognition".​

I saw a recent video from Sammy "the bull" Gravano and he mentioned how bad the Travolta "GOTTI" movie was. And said that Travolta never shoulda done that movie.

I am thinking of writing a Knowledge Report on Sammy because he is publicly invalidating the state of OT that John T. attained.

Now i am wondering if maybe John has some lower-levels that are "out". That would explain why an OT cannot convincingly play the part of a mafia don. Could be something as simple as he needs to go back and do a few more days of the PURIF program, maybe up his dosage of niacin--so he can "sweat out" his wholetrack drug incidents that are blocking his OT powers.

Maybe it's even simpler than that. Maybe when John was doing his BASIC BOOKS course he did not use the perceptic wheel in the book SELF ANALYSIS.
