I haven't watched her video and I think it's a little silly to try to position herself as a celeb like Remini, but hey I can't blame her for it. She's obviously trying to use this to build her image (or re-build it) and I don't have a problem with it.

I think it's rather disingenuous. I'm old and I play a lot of basketball, but I still have yet to make a You-Tube video talking about me and LeBron James.

I agree with you, I just don't think it's a big deal, unfortunately it seems it's the way of the world these days.

While self-promotion may be a big part of her motivation, speaking out against the Co$ in the way she's doing isn't always without consequences. She was well known within Scientology, was seen as a celebrity within the cult, and she's now speaking out against them and about to publish a book about her experience as well. That type of thing has been known to reduce the life expectancy of one's pets as well as having other negative consequences.

As far as writing a book, that is much easier these days if you use AI tools to assist you.
