Guilty on All Counts: Scientologist David Gentile and his Co-Defendant Jeffry Schneider Convicted in $1.7 Billion GPB Capital Ponzi SchemeBy Jeffrey

For various reasons, Miscavige hasn't faced any negative consequences yet for his criminal and abusive actions. But, I don't believe Miscavige has done a better job keeping his hands clean. There are plenty of reasons law enforcement could have gone after him. If I were a gambler I'd bet that they eventually will. I'd also bet that Miscavige has done extensive research into countries that don't have an extradition treaty with the U.S.

Huh...and here I thought it was because he keeps up on his sec checks.

I'll bet he cries into his pillow at night, "Why doesn't anybody like me".

"Our records indicate David Gentile once requested services at Flag," Scientology spokesman Ken Delusion noted.

"However, David's OCA's scores were so abysmally low that he was not even remotely close to the caliber of what it takes to be a Flag public. Therefore, we routed him to the Tampa Org which is the dumping ground where we in Scientology send all of the remedial low-OCA no-case-gains who are located on the Eastern US Continent.

"David failed the Basics course at Tampa and was thereafter required to complete 5,000 hours of TR's at the Long Island Org which place is, we understand, an island -- a long, long island -- far east of New York which extends down towards Curacao.

"Apparently, Long Island is populated by really bad CPA's, aluminum siding salespeople, horrible chain restaurants like Olive Garden, and truly awful lawyers, i.e. the Ken Moxons of the world and so on.

"It is a land of abject failure and despair where the treacherous tides have been known to sweep out to sea entire villages of singlewide trailers populated by the aimless drug-addled retirees of a bygone era who still cling to the dream that Frank Sinatra will discover them singing during karaoke night at the Tiki Room in Gibson Beach.

"Nevertheless, David Gentile's $10 million in IAS donations are, per the contract he signed and which the IAS has on file in the Department of Valuable Documents, nonrefundable and we will not be giving any of that money back because of the aforementioned contract.

"In terms of David Gentile's IAS Super-Thetanopolis Trophy, we in RTC took possession of it last night to prevent it from falling into the hands of the FBI. This is fully legal as the IAS contract clearly states that IAS trophies are only given out as objects on loan from the IAS and do not belong to the recipient.

"An IAS trophy has the exact same value as the State of Clear or the OT Levels: All of these exalted statuses are presented as loaned contrivances and are subject to revocation and repossession by we in RTC at any time and for any reason. This is not arbitrary and capricious ecclesiastical whimsical cruelty as some claim. Rather, it is Scientology justice and ethics at work."

that's just a continuation of the founder's 'Make money. Make more money. Make others produce so as to make money.'

I'm probably not the only one on these forums who finds D.M. apologists singularly distasteful.

This notion that Ron Hubbard - who has been dead for over 37 years and his ashes scattered over the ocean - is somehow mind controlling D.M. from beyond the grave is both absurd and disgusting. D.M., the one and only absolute dick-tater of Scientology, does whatever he wishes whenever he wishes without regard to any expressed wishes or published policies of Ron Hubbard.

D.M.'s several pure donation scams aren't even remotely anything that Ron Hubbard wanted happening in the Co$.

Mike Rinder has this to say about it, in fact:

It always makes me laugh to hear and read what people say about David Miscavige being so “On-Source.” Hubbard would absolutely lose his mind if he ever shows up to finish his SO Contract and looks over the scientology world today:
  1. Which is driven by “donations” rather than service sales
  2. Has purchased large, empty org buildings out in the boonies
  3. Does not deliver the Briefing Course, Class VIII Course, Key to Life or Life Orientation Courses
  4. There are no OEC or Tech Volumes available, nor a scientology dictionary
  5. CMO International, the Watchdog Committee and International Executive Strata have been completely disbanded

That is presidential-grade sleaze. Gotta love the referral by Scientology of a Scientology org as a "dumping ground". And how 'bout "5,000 hours of TR's"? Those Scientology "TR's" must really be incredibly effective, huh? Sign me up! :) And let's make sure the NYC and Long Island media get copies of all those slurs. And that sounds like the perfect subject and title for the next book about the cult, "Scientology justice and ethics at work." If asked "Is Scientology as bad as I've heard?", the answer is "No, it's much worse".

.
Yeah good point!

Hubbard would instantly DECLARE "Minister" Miscavige to be an SP and the "enemy of all mankind".

But then. . .

At the same time, Minister Miscavige would DECLARE "Dr." Hubbard to be an SP and the "enemy of all mankind".

Dueling mimeo machines. The Golden Age of Goldenrod!

What would Scientologists do? Which guru should they disconnect from, attack and Fair Game?

I think the cult would have to very quietly and stealthily remove both of them and insert a Vice Commodore into the unmanned SOURCE post and call it something new & cool, like. . .

SUB-SOURCE SORCERER SURPREME
Then they could call an obligatory-attendance international event—at which Scientology's new super-guru could be announced and introduced. The best and most qualified candidates to save the planet & salvage this sector are probably either Grant Cardone or Kamala Harris.

Hopefully the Federal Forfeiture statutes will not abridge Gentile's constitutionally guaranteed religious rights -- in a scenario where the government abuses its power and attempts to confiscate Gentile's 6 foot high IAS BOWLING TROPHY.
