Danny Masterson's Wog Ethics Cycle.

David Miscavige failed to apply standard ethics actions on rape allegations against Danny Masterson. The rule in scientology indicate that legal actions against a scientologists are permited only after all scientology handlings have failed in solving a controversy. This is the case in Danny's rape accusations. It is a shame that now wogs have to apply ethics on him, because CoS failed to do so.

“The fact that I now know that David Miscavige knew that Danny Masterson has raped at least two women is just devastating.”
— Chrissie Carnell Bixler

While Masterson was eventually fired from Netflix’s The Ranch in response to the sexual-assault allegations and subsequent controversy, the case against him is ongoing. In a November 2017 report, Huffington Post’s Yashar Ali wrote that the investigation “has inexplicably stalled.” Citing five sources “inside and outside the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office,” Ali reported that there were four accusers involved in the case, and that, “At least three of the women who have accused him of rape were also Scientologists and reported the incidents to the Church of Scientology at the time.”

Danny Masterson got a "Wog Ethics Cycle Broad Publication Issue" at Wikipedia:

Quote:
Allegations
In March 2017, four women made rape allegations against Masterson prompting a Los Angeles Police Department investigation.[2] Masterson, through his agent, has denied the allegations, and Masterson has not been charged or arrested. In response to the accusations, Netflix fired Masterson from its comedy series The Ranch on December 5, 2017, saying in a statement, "Yesterday was his last day on the show, and production will resume in early 2018 without him." Masterson stated that he is "obviously very disappointed in Netflix's decision to write my character off of The Ranch."[26] A fifth woman who dated Masterson made similar rape accusations in December 2017.[27] He was dropped as a client by United Talent Agency.[28]

What are Scientologists being told about the Danny Masterson rape case?

What are Scientologists being told about the Danny Masterson rape case? Very little. They don’t say “Danny Masterson,” “rape,” or “Scientology.” They’re being told he’s innocent, even if they can’t say his name or mention the charges. They claim it’s all because of the enemies of Scientology. Most of all, members shouldn’t watch or read any news. Also, it’s all because Scientology is winning.

Ryan Prescott is one of those authorized by the Office of Special Affairs to handle the Masterson case. He’s the self-published author of books about people he perceives as enemies of Scientology. He re-packages OSA’s Dead Agent packs into book form. (But even his most positive reviews mention how poor the spelling and grammar are.) His videos reflect the party line, which is to deny everything, but also not even to talk or read about it.

I've been an MAA and then with continental ethics. Let me tell you something right now: Regular ethics doesn't apply to celebrities inside scn, it never has. Regular ethics officers and MAAs don't even get assigned these sort of celebrity cases, especially things like rape etc. As far as I know, these are not even available in the ethics records database.
I *assume* these are handled by some special OSA legal tiger teams. Maybe back in Mike's day he would handle these personally, I have no idea who handles them now or even what the process for it is (or if there even is a standard process, because I would think they go on a case-by-case basis).

What is your definition of the word 'wog'?

It seems to be one of your favourite words so please tell us all what you mean by that word?

It's what you get when senior management decides that the value of having a "celebrity" promoting your "Tech", is more valuable than the welfare of "little people" who may get bad things done to them by the celebrity.

When the core of "ethics" comes down to "What will best advance the interests of Scientology?", this is what happens.

What do you think of the scientology handling of the rape victims? You know, making them pay for sec checks to find out what they did to "pull it in". Are you still a believer in this part of Hubbard tech?
Not all rape victims. It depends on the relative value of the two.

I GUARANTEE to you that if a lowly public raped a celebrity, or a Messenger, the treatment would be quite different.

I think it would be different, but I cannot be sure that it wouldn't be covered up or that it would be processed by regular ethics people.

Maybe its just me, but I've never ever saw or was assigned a case about rape or pedophilia. I'm almost sure 100% of these cases go to OSA int directly.

Sexual molesting of adults or superiors sexually impinging on subordinates? Different story - I received and did such cases. But rape? Nope, never. Which is why I assume these are not passed to the continentals at all, probably its some team at Int.

My post clearly indicates that Scientology ethics was not used by Miscavige.

Clearly the "OSA legal tiger teams" have a crashing missundertanding on their hat, because Masterson's "carma" had to be handled by wog justice.

Even I agree that 40 to life in prisson for Masterson is not fair. Blame the OSA legal tiger teams for that.

Wog: = A person that is not even trying. Unawakened humanoid.

And what do you call those of us who spent years as woken "true believers" of the "Tech". And then REALLY woke up and discovered that our "wokenness" was hallucinatory, and the "Tech" was all bullshit?

In my experience (as of 1980's), any "incident" which involved the possibility/probability of a Scientologist facing arrest and criminal prosecution, immediately passed into the jurisdiction of GO/OSA.

A lot depended on whether the victim was a Scientologist who could be induced to remain silent and agree to have things be "handled" through "Ethics" lines.

Just what exactly would constitute a proper Scn Ethics Handling for someone that raped multiple women?
Particularly, since any "handling" by Scientology entities which involved involuntary imprisonment (let alone execution) would itself be a felony (by the Scientology "ethics" terminals involved) under governmental law.
