Working with a Scientologist

I'm interested to know if Scientologists will have set ways of dealing with conflict or how they manipulate matters with certain methods.
I'm trying to recognise if it's purely personality or character traits or it's Scientology.
At times I find them so difficult, stubborn and can't handle any form of reaction or criticism. The toys just come out of the pram and it's tantrums, threats and a torrent of diversion or deflection.
Considering there is a whole course on communication, their communication is terrible. It's always on email, very blunt, very direct, accusing in nature at times, also a lack of compassion/empathy for peoples emotions or problems (especially if it's mental)
I basically told them to knock it off after accusing me of an action which wasn't anything to do with me. I told them I wouldn't talk to them that way and I'd find out the facts before taking that tone.
This is a very common theme with upsetting other employees and suppliers.
My reply opened a can of worms, with a threat to quit, a justification for their tone and assumptions and then dismissive of my grievance I had by saying I'm sensitive.
Also never an apology or admission of one's owns mistakes.

Well Done
Looks like you missed some w/holds on him. Relisten to tape 'Moral Codes - what is a withold'
before you take him back in session.

1) Green form. Has only 2 hours left, take a break after 2 hours and walk him
to the reg.

2) Do the attached Sec Check.

Barile :goodluck:

One thing to know is that there IS no course on communication in Scientology. Their so-called "communication course" is all about controlling others to obtain COMPLIANCE. They never learn about communication.

Don't expect any communication.

Like other cultists or groups, Scientologists will often use their Scientology dogma commonality to frame others with whom there is disagreement or conflict as fitting in with their paradigm's projections of inferiority in outsiders so as to assume attitudes of rightness and superiority to justify being dismissive of the exposing of all the chinks in their armor. Scientology provides mountains of dubious concepts and phrases to project "the hows and whys about how off-kilter everyone else is"; it can be fun to watch them employ these against each other in their own conflicts. But mostly it serves to insulate them against self-awareness, self-inspection and objective evaluation of the cult's subjugating claptrap.

If a Scientologist asks another Scientologist any question about Scientology or L. Ron Hubbard's "technology", the only "ethical" way to respond is by referring that individual to the exact REFERENCE so they can read/study it themselves. This is done to avoid what Hubbard named "verbal data".

Verbal Data is an fatal alteration ("alter-is") of the technology since it is not precisely (word-for-word) what Hubbard wrote. In the #1 POLICY in that cult ("Keeping Scientology Working") Hubbard warns that any slightest alteration in relaying his technology will cause Scientology to fail; in which case the planet and all human's "eternities" are doomed. It's the same concept as Christian "HELL" except that in Scientology if you pay enough money, you can avoid eternal suffering and very likely be awarded a jumbo medallion for your contribution.

Thus, I am going to answer your question by referring you directly to the Hubbard technology. I have risked my eternity by adding bold emphasis on some of the relevant points.

Yeah, so this is why Scientologists act as weird as hell. Particularly #11, below. LOL

Tell your boss that you are surprised at the level of HE&R (human emotion and reaction) in their communications. Suggest that they try to be more up-tone in the future. If they continue to be nasty to you ask them "What have you done to me that I have failed to find out?" That's a very pure application of their Scientology teaching.

Actually, what you just described is squirrel as all f*ck. Of course, it is now pretty much S.O.P. in the official corporate C of $ under its dick-tater (evil potato) Davie McSavage.

From HCO PL 5 APRIL 1972 ISSUE I PTS Type A Handling

Ron Hubbard said:
There are so many ways to misuse tech and to invalidate and evaluate for others in a destructive fashion to bring about bypassed charge, ARC Breaks and upset that they can not all be possibly listed. The idea is not to do so. Why create trouble for yourself and for your fellow Scientologists as nothing will have been gained but ill-will?

From HCO BULLETIN OF 2 JANUARY 1971 Illegal Auditing

Ron Hubbard said:
Challenging people out of session as “having withholds” is illegal.

Auditing is done by auditors who are trained and is done on regular lines.

LOL. You are 100% correct, sir!

However, because the nasty person is a Scientologist--the "Hubbard Law of Commotion" also applies. (i.e. "For each Scientology policy, code and piece of tech, there is an equal and opposite code, policy and piece of tech")

Ergo, by way of example, let's say that the nasty person in this scenario is Adolf Hitler. You would be perfectly within your rights and in compliance with the 10 points of "Keeping Scientology Working" to forcefully "pull their withholds" as you have indicated in the red highlighted auditing command in your post, above.

However, even though Hitler's withholds, crimes and other genocidal atrocities would be exposed, Hitler would not feel any remorse. Because, even before he would do his lower conditions and amends project (12.5 hours of filing work in Munich Org's central files) he would already be quite uptone and cheerful, because as a standard Scientologist Hitler would also be applying the CODE OF HONOR, which advises:

1. Never desert a comrade in need, in danger or in trouble.
2. Never withdraw allegiance once granted.
3. Never desert a group to which you owe your support.
4. Never disparage yourself or minimize your strength or power.
5. Never need praise, approval or sympathy.

13. Don’t desire to be liked or admired.
14. Be your own adviser, keep your own counsel and select your own decisions.

15. Be true to your own goals.

If one clay demo's this spectacularly workable technology, one can easily understand why Hitler would not regret the death of 72 million people during World War II. Obviously, that war was not only "yesterday" but 80 years ago! Thus, for a high-toned Scientologist—massacring 6 million in concentration camps and another 66M in nightmarish trench-warfare is really a nothing-burger.

Once routed to the ethics office, Hitler might well get a pass on that amends project if the Ethics Officer felt that the elevation of a degraded Homo Sapiens into an Übermensch (i.e. Superman/OT) was a "just cause" (see # 12, above).

...

Scientology victims, until they wake up and get out, can only think "what would Ron do?"

Given that Ron would happily abduct a child, steal a boat and girlfriend from a rocket scientist, experiment with sex magick, get married bigamously, stage the biggest infiltration of the US government in history, screw over all people who cared about Dianetics, take psych drugs and fantasise about aliens... your scientology victim is probably not going to be a reliable co-worker.

I think you should write a pink sheet for Jenna Elfman:

Roecker says Jenna repeatedly said "What crimes have you committed?" and began screaming at Roecker, "Have you raped a baby?" as motorists on Los Feliz Boulevard drove by in snarled traffic.

I think you should write a pink sheet for Jenna Elfman:

I was declared and expelled from the C of $ in November, 2005 for comments I made in Mick Wenlock's XSO Yahoo Group (an email list, basically).

Ron Hubbard was right on this particular point as this sort of Out-Tech crap behavior is only gaining them ill will.

"Out-tech crap"? No, I think the fraud, greed, abuse and lack of results is what is causing their ill will. But that's just me.

"Out-tech" implies that someone screwed up by not following Hubbard's policies. Which implies that the user of the term is oblivious and/or dismissive of the disasters and tragedies resulting from someone's having adhered to Hubbard's dictums. To keep things in perspective, when you see someone use the term "out-tech", it is tantamount to saying "they failed to act the way Stalin would".

Is this also an "illegal" question?

HOW MANY HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF TIMES DID L. RON HUBBARD
EVALUATE OTHERS (directly, verbally, in writing or thru his MAA's, Execs & Proxies)
AND ORDER THEM TO WRITE UP THEIR OVERTS & WITHHOLDS OUT OF SESSION?

Alas, the emperor commodore has no clothes ethics.

In addition, "What are your crimes?" is official L. Ron Hubbard policy regarding SP "handling". That's makes him out-tech crap.

Uh, not it's not actually. Although Co$ people do that quite alot these days.

.

Here's even more proof that the pathological liar and diabolical con man L. Ron Hubbard was a fraud:

He issued polices and bulletins making it a "High Crime" to "...challenge people out of session as having withholds".

Then he promptly does that countless thousands of times every year for decades.

More hypocritically fraudulent is that even more frequently he ordered people to go to auditing sessions to have their withholds pulled. However, once in session the "auditor" announced that "I AM NOT AUDITING YOU". Hence, the auditor and pc were both then "out of session". At that moment the "Sec Check" began.

See how that works? It wasn't out of session because they were "in session". But in the session the auditor claimed it was not a session----so they were actually and literally "out of session".

This is a perfect example of both the "HUBBARD LAW OF COMMOTION" and the incurably delusional mental illness of Scientologists applying their 100% workable technology.
