There was a pic of Malcolm Cheminais back there somewhere. From Johannesburg. He was Kingsley's co-ED (don't ask me what they were called then) at Santa Clara pre-massacre. He was one of my heroes for no known reason. When I first started working at the mission, one of my jobs was to make coffee in those big silver urns. Doubt anybody showed me how. I was a kid. Malcolm was the C/S and rarely came out of his office. Completely a commanding presence and very hard of hearing (deaf?) in one ear. The first time I saw him he came out of his office wondering who the hell had made the coffee. He was amused. It blew him out of the chair (too strong) haha. Totally was in awe of that man. Living with Phillida Rundberg at that point. Guess Phillida had already divorced Tom Rundberg. And Peter Rundberg was married to Mary Jane Miller.

Later moving south to Altadena and ending up in Clearwater (see RIP thread). Middle of pic is Peter Rundberg. Below him his wife at the time Mary Jane Miller Rundberg. At the right end Peter's brother Tom (once married to Phillida). There was another guy that I remember working there, Hoss Thigpen. Googled him up awhile back and he seemed to have migrated to Texas. He had a wife at one point named Lynn? Tall, thin, long straight hair?

I love surfing through these.

Looking through at the photos in The Auditor, you can tell the individual was much more acknowledged back then. Happy people not receiving constant inval and constant searches for evil purposes. Nice quality images too. Thanks vegan3!
 
I'm totally enjoying looking at these. Had I realized I would end up on this trail, I would have put them in order at the start! Hard to say how much whitewashing went on even then, but it did seem to be much more productive overall.

I entered in November of 73. ( I was 17 and had no family 'in' )
I eased on out amid the schism and abuse in 83.
I continued to get services from Independents til 93.
This would be the time period when other Scientologists mingled with me.

Any "Justice" action carries with it the possibility of incorrect application, so there has to be a review mechanism.

In practice, if somebody was declared, and there was enough protest from the field that it looked like it would create bad feelings, LRH could rescind the declare.

Yep. Very interesting as he covered a lot of the developments of the 50s.

I feel bad for Jr. as he was so excited to collaborate in the projects at first....... before he experienced the intention to destroy him.
I think Ron had a real issue with people who might surpass him and get bigger than he could handle.
As 'Source' you are the big CAUSE of all Life and the offshoots from you.
Maybe the magick track keyed in with all the groupings of helper/ destroyer beings and LRH got overwhelmed.
So much of it had to do with chain of command and the punishments for disobedience.
Nibs ( LRH Jr ) seemed to be victimized by the darker aspects in nascent Scientology.
My big takeaway, my big shock, were his revelations about his dad's willingness to utterly destroy. OUCH
It's incrongruent with his dad's words, "When you give a person back his ARC you give him back his LIFE!"
Ron had to have been a borderline with narcissistic tendencies.
The reason, I believe narcissists have to destory utterly is because everything is a gang bang upon them, just as vice versa, their captive life forces, or coerced beings, are employed to do it for them. The narc has his coalition to make him stronger, but when it turns on him the devastation is bleak.
I think a person toying with the black magician identity would get preoccupied with attacking and the protection of oneself.
Ron took on the role of Unmaker of Games, and was brave in challenging some Archonic forces which are the Holders which keep the matrices in place.
He didn't get out unscathed.
