Venezuela Earthquakes

Scientology OTs would have known about these earthquakes before they even happened. Why wouldn't they use their OT abilities they paid $600,000 for to prevent them from happening in the first place?

I believe that Scientology has five locations in Venezuela, including at least one in Caracas, which was devastated by two earthquakes back-to-back. The country needs as much help as it can get. Hopefully, the Scientologists will really help in this situation.

I've been following Stefan Burns, a Geophysicist, for the past month, and the situation on the planet from earthquakes is very dangerous right now.
