In a Los Angeles courtroom this week, Superior Court Judge Kevin Brazile heard from the Church of Scientology that Valerie Haney’s “religious arbitration” is still not completed, and so he scheduled another hearing for March 25.
Valerie, who first filed her lawsuit against Scientology in 2019, tells us that she’s not amused.
“It’s unbelievable. I’m just trying to live my life, but this isn’t helping,” she told us by telephone last night. “It’s a constant battle for getting my life back because they took it away from me. They took my rights away when I was eight years old. There’s no justice, and no light at the end of the tunnel. Like you’ve said, they can just string this along forever, and my judge isn’t going to do anything about it. Why can’t they say enough is enough? Please stop the abuse.”

Doing an "arbitration" with Scientology is like being an escaped concentration camp prisoner in Nazi Germany - - who has been captured and brought back. The only "justice' that is possible is when the Nazi "arbitrator" conducting the "arbitration" interrogates their badly terrorized and beaten Jewish prisoner, asking them if they prefer the gas chambers or death by hanging. Think about that for a moment. Scientology has a case failure rate of 100% and a blown scientologist rate of approximately 99.5%. The cult utterly LOSES (not "wins") across the boards. Even after spending billions, their public relations is beyond tanked with a negative favorability rating worse than all religions including SATANISM. That's failure at an epic level!

• Open up all the borders and illegally encourage millions of criminals, thieves, scammers, rapists, welfare thieves, child molesters, violent misfits, murderers and worse to flood into the country, at the cost of trillions of dollars to legal citizens whose financial and personal safety is then attacked and severely ruined.
• Encourage adult males (posing as "women") to beat up young female athletes and literally steal all their opportunities, sexual privacy and awards, if not severely injuring their bodies.
• Encourage domestic terror organizations (e.g. BLM, ANTIFA, HAMAS, et al) to take over streets, highways and entire urban districts with mob riots, arson, felonious physical attacks and threatening hate speech and incitements to attack and kill law enforcement officers doing their job (e.g. "What do we want? DEAD COPS!!! When do we want it? NOW!!!")
• Encourage "teen mobs" to take over entire stores and urban districts who are savagely beating and robbing everyone as well as terrorizing stores and literally stealing everything of value before fleeing en masse.
• Encourage shoplifters and thieves to steal up to $ 900 worth of merchandise from any store without any penalty. And allowing those hardcore criminals to do this as many times per day as they please.
