Danny Masterson will not be retried over hung jury rape charge
Prosecutors announced on Tuesday they will not retry actor Danny Masterson on a rape charge jurors failed to reach a verdict on earlier this year.
To bad the news won't use a pic of Masterson in an Orange Jump Suit.....and keep posting pics of him still out and about....when he isn't...

He will not be retried on the one Jane Doe that he was not convicted for.... But stupid headline doesn't make it clear he was convicted for 2 other women...

Wish they would allow sound streaming of the hearing so anyone impacted by this trial could get closure from hearing him get sentenced. Even if cameras aren’t allowed, there’s other things they can do- & often do, esp during sentencin

Aaron - there are several people in External Comm ILO who are licensed travel agents and that’s how they have access to book tickets. It’s got nothing to do with the Freewinds. Maybe it did when Mike was there but not anymore.

This creates a hole to fill for the Celebrity Center LA org. I guess his senior will have to hold the "creepy serial rapist" post from above, until a replacement can be hatted and posted. As Masterson was moving off the post, he had to do the requisite "hat write-up".
And of course, now he'll have to do "Non-E" with all his cell block homies, the guards and warden. I'm sure he'll be eager to produce what is needed and wanted.

Danny Masterson gives full custody to Bijou...of their child.
By the way.....the reason there is not a Mug Shot yet.....according to what I have read....is that Danny is still in County Jail....and a suitable Prison has not been assigned to him yet. When he gets shipped out to a Prison....then there will be a mug shot.

I did what any self respecting, on policy, in ethics, on source person would do - I called them up and told them I saw their declare. "What do you mean you saw our declare?" Yep said I - I told them all the gruesome details. They didn't have a clue.
