The Danny Masterson Trial thread

I gotta tell you, I am so nervous. It is a jury trial, and all that entails.

I am nervous.

Did I say that I was nervous??

These women (and others) deserve justice. They put themselves on the witness stand, to the questioning and ridicule. In a higher sense, they have had a chance to tell their story on the record, which is good.

This guy is evil.

I am pissed. And still nervous.

The only defense Scn management has for the fence-sitters blowing is to rapidly compile a DEAD AGENT PACK that attacks the enemy. The problem for the cult, however, is that they don't know yet who the enemy is. Is it Masterson? Is it the rape victims? Is it the media? Is it psychs and big pharma conspiring to steal Scientology's 16M paying customers? LOL
..

Not knowing who the enemy is as yet is not a problem.

All they have to do is follow a successful action of the NFL. The NFL needs to have large amounts of T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, and other goods immediately available after the Super Bowl printed with the logo of the winning team. Yet, they don't yet know who the winning team is. So they print this stuff for both teams.

Similarly, the Scientology cult doesn't yet know who their enemy is as you detailed. But the simple solution is to compile a dead-agent pack on all potential enemies, and that way they'll be prepared no matter what happens.

What happens to the losing team’s Super Bowl 'champion' merchandise?

I didn't keep track.....of the Jurors that were excused and replaced.....

Of the 12 total, how many women vs men in the Jury?

New vid....discussing the Jury procedure.

It's a bit different for the scilons. Everyone is the enemy. Danny, the victims, Julian, etc. They ALL are enemies to the most ethical religion on the planet,

Tony had the count in the report containing the replacement of that last juror. It added another woman. I think it is 7 women, 5 men

Correct. The jury started off with 7 men and 5 women but after they replaced two different jurors it ended up with 7 women and 5 men.

(When they have to replace a juror they just draw a name out of a hat of one of the alternate jurors)

Oh, I just thought of another one. When an ethics investigation uncovers that a Scientologist onlines is married to someone who works for the government! - BAD!
Think about WHY it would be bad (for Scientology) for a Scientologist to be connected to someone who is in the government, has a high security clearance, or (worst of all) is connected to law enforcement or intelligence agencies.

People with such connections, if they see serious crimes by Scientology, are likely to have the connections to know how to report them, and (horrors) who to report TO, and are likely to have the established credibility to be BELIEVED.

While in Scientology, I had my best friend from childhood, once he got out of the Navy, join a police force, where he eventually rose to the rank of police captain. It never occurred to me, while in, to mention him, but I'm sure it would have freaked out OSA.

Trying to determine whether someone is an upstat Scientologist or a Suppressive Person is sometimes as difficult as trying to determine the status of Schrödinger's cat.

Throughout the history of Scientology, certain individuals that seemed to be playing a key role in salvaging the beings in this sector of the universe suddenly became one of the evilest SPs on the planet. One of many examples of this type of thing would be David Mayo. Hubbard trusted him more than any other tech person on the planet, choosing him as his personal auditor. Suddenly though he transformed into an SP.

:hmm:

I would think that a woman might be more inclined to convict, but it requires all 12 to agree.

yes, but i'd say the more women, the better the chance they can explain to one or two of fewer men who don't get how wrong what he did was and why particularly in a case like this the women should be believed....

not to say there aren't women who don't either, he may well have been raised by a mother who bought into old fashioned and Hubbard's/CoS' ideas about women being supposed to submit and being to blame, etc. and i'm guessing Bijou based on her dysfunctional and abusive background, and having married him, is messed up, too.

I hope they get justice, but there's no winning from Scientology's viewpoint. Scientology took a beating and anyone who followed the trial is likely disgusted by Scientology's behavior. I hope we get the guilty verdict soon, for me this would be an easy decision.

Double posted this here.....

Does it end up being a "He said, She said" due to lack of Police Investigation?

I know this has been going on for years now.....and we are at the end .....but, there are things I don't know....or haven't read about.

Such as....

Why were not Danny Masterson's posse and friends interrogated on this Date Rape Drug thing....? Were they...and did they know anything?

I just don't see Masterson operating in a vacuum with these rapes.... He must have talked to some buddies....or friends about all this.

Scientology is so focused on Drugs...... Were there any Scientology documents that mention the drugging....or the drug....FROM any of those people involved or friends with the main players....? Was this looked into at all?

And then Lisa Marie .....hot and cold. Why didn't the Prosecution drive harder to find and put on the Stand some more witnesses????

Remember.....the Church of Scientology took this "case" all the way to the Supreme Court of the US......regarding keeping this to Religious Arbitration.... So they for sure had reasons to do so....

So the Trial was not really a case of "He said, She said."

It was a situation of "She said" and "He didn't say anything..." ?

Could the police have done a better job of investigating?
Searched for any purchases of date drug.....
Interviews his buddies....
Did the police go to any other locations where Danny was a DJ or a Movie Location....and ask around there for other situations?

And Scientology ......certainly he must have had some discussions with some people in the Orgs. What was said?

That Lisa Marie didn't Testify....seems a knot of unresolved and hidden activity there....

Perhaps I have not been following the Trial close enough....but seems possible threads not pulled...

Anyway, not a hung jury yet.....

The waiting game.
