The Danny Masterson Trial thread

* Jane Doe #4 testified. Years before the other 3 Jane Does, JD4 has an astonishingly similar nightmare of being violently brutalized and raped by Masterson while she was unconscious at his house. It is a terrifying and traumatic event in the innocent actresses life that she was powerless to resist. It's virtually a carbon copy of Masterson's rape modus operandi.

(good media account of the testimony)

Just wanted to point out the rarefied financial heights that all those of this group of people were enjoying at that time....

It is not known how much Danny Masterson was making per episode of That 70's Show......but:

Screen Shot 2022-11-10 at 3.50.44 PM.png

I read that another That 70's Show star, Mila Kunis, in addition was also doing the voice of Meg....on The Family Guy and getting paid $160 thousand per episode for that. She got the 70's show part when she was 14 years old....

Plus....all the "Industry" connections and perks...

Plus....obviously all that is connected to being a Star in Hollywood..... ( Worldwide fame...and notoriety...)

Plus....for those that were Scientologists....that connection.

Did you ever wonder what kind of "MAJOR WINS" exactly a sociopathically sadistic serial rapist OT has in Scientology?

"Before Scientology auditing...I always had to have my own way."

"One of the most important things Scientology has given me is
the ability to keep my integrity together. I understand how
people can get into unethical situations."

Thanks Danny! Good to know that after you got into Scientology you no longer "had to have your own way". We'll be sure to share that with all of your brutalized rape victims so they can also have big wins like yours!

He kept his head clear and saw the clear opportunities available to drugging his targets so that he could make it go right to get his donkey punch delivered in a causative fashion.

LOL!

However, all joking aside--apparently your nattery post has attracted some attention from the Church of Scientology:

THE CODE OF HONOR
1. Never desert a comrade in need, in danger or in trouble. (Danny is in danger and urgently needs your help before he drops down to Non-Existence and is forced into the humiliating need to ask non-celebrities what they need and want!)
2. Never withdraw allegiance once granted. (You gave your allegiance to Ron and OT celebrities expect no less. Danny is not simply going to "sit there and do nothing" and be dissed like that, so consider this a warning)
3. Never desert a group to which you owe your support.
4. Never disparage yourself or minimize your strength or power.
5. Never need praise, approval or sympathy.
6. Never compromise with your own reality.
7. Never permit your affinity to be alloyed.
8. Do not give or receive communication unless you yourself desire it.
9. Your self-determinism and your honor are more important than your immediate life.
10. Your integrity to yourself is more important than your body.

11. Never regret yesterday. Life is in you today and you make your tomorrow.
12. Never fear to hurt another in a just cause. (Danny's applies this tech on his 2nd Dynamic and you need to start applying it on your 5th Dynamic—because many of those nattery ex-Scientologist SPs you are in com with on the internet own pets)
13. Don’t desire to be liked or admired.
14. Be your own adviser, keep your own counsel and select your own decisions.
15. Be true to your own goals.

Very poignant about the fear this woman felt ......about the entire Masterson clique.

Edited: This revelation really takes this to a much broader realm.....of implied danger...

Excellent point!

She knew well that Scientology and Scientologists are a fanatically vengeful cult. Hubbard spelled it out within innumerable HCO Policies, Fair Game Directives and secretive "Justice" procedures.

"People attack Scientology. I never forget it, always even the score."
—L. Ron Hubbard / from the confidential 1959 "Manual of Justice"

Attacking a Scientology Celebrity is a "HIGH CRIME" and "SUPPRESSIVE ACT". Anyone doing so is subject to being stalked, terrorized, attacked and "destroyed utterly".

As a former Scientologist, I have confidence in the opinion that: If Danny Masterson's whistleblowing rape victims could have been falsely framed and sent to prison, driven to suicide and/or murdered WITHOUT GETTING CAUGHT, the "most ethical people on the planet" would have certainly done so. (LINK TO ANOTHER WHISTLEBLOWER STORY)

If Scientology has any slightest nano-particle of the "ethics" and "mental health" that they incessantly brag about--the first time a Scientology actress/model reported that Masterson had brutally drugged and raped them, Scientology management would have instantly helped them report it to the police and 3 seconds later would have kicked Masterson's psychotic ass out of the org until law enforcement sorted it all out. Instead of that, they attacked and terrorized the rape victims. Are there any other questions about what Scientology actually is?

Yes, so true!

But I was thinking more of Masterson's Posse.....or perhaps a Masterson Clan.....

Direct impingement from fellow thespians....and or others in her work-a-day world....

We haven't really discussed any sort of Danny Masterson Posse here......

That one story about a car load of guys showing up at her apartment....and Danny getting out and going in....

Who are these other guys....? Are they of a similar ilk?

I've read a few names....but really didn't pay any attention.

..

Danny was not OT, maybe declared Clear. HH: Tell the IJC to kiss my ring.

I hope they convict him on all counts.

The IJC is not the least bit amused at your joking & degrading.

However, I am. LOL!

As far as the jury's final determination--I cannot conceive of how they will not return a guilty verdict in at least one or more of those 3 rape counts he is charged with.

Unless the defense lawyers have one of the following secret weapons they have been saving:

-- Closing arguments will be done by Barry Scheck (from the OJ SImpson trial) and he will offer up a dazzlingly complex and incomprehensible DNA presentation that will utterly bewilder one or more high school dropouts sitting on the jury.
-- Closing arguments were already done many weeks ago when defense attorneys deployed the "Gotti Strategy", wherein they paid off or threatened a jury member unless they agreed to "cooperate".
If I had to guess, I'd say at this point that OSA is already preparing a "dead agent" pack against Masterson to show Scientologists which prove that he was "never really a Scientologist" and had, in fact, been "sent in" as a plant to sabotage planetary clearing.

Scientologists reading the dead-agent pack will have the obligatory wins and write glowing success stories, as well as telling their cult comrades that they "always had knowingness that something was 'out' on Masterson's case".

'He was rough and violent, like a jackhammer.' Former mutual friend of Danny Masterson and accuser Jane Doe 2 says the alleged victim told her the actor became 'very demanding' after she had 'begged him not to have sex'
  • Rachel Smith, a former mutual friend of Danny Masterson and Jane Doe 2, told the court how the woman shared details of the alleged rape with her in 2003
  • 'She was quite confused. She just told me that she went over to his place and he was very demanding,' the witness told the jury Thursday
  • Smith said Jane Doe 2 had 'begged' Masterson not to have sex and 'the next thing she knew was it was really rough and violent, like a jackhammer'
  • The witness, now a former Scientology, also admitted she was scared to testify at the actor's trial because of the Church of Scientology
  • Masterson, 46, is charged with raping three women at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003

Yes, very!

That makes it even more mystifying why all Masterson's family and friends show up in court to "flow power" and "admiration particles" to him. What is going on in their minds must be delusionally detached from reality. They did their "DOUBT FORMULA" and chose the side of the sociopathically sadistic SP rapist.

Reminds me of Scientologists regularly giving standing ovations to their spiritual and financial rapists, "Dr" Hubbard and "Minister" Miscavige.

In such instances, when all rational explanations fail, one can safely rely on the default of: "It doesn't have to make sense—it's Scientology."

About 10 years ago I posted something on the old ESMB that got very strong but mixed reactions.

Some (ex-Scientologists) loved it. Some others (i.e. Indie Scientologists) viscerally hated it because it not only "invalidated" their beloved tech and guru Hubbard--it seemed like an unhinged and prejudicially extreme distortion of reality. But, was it?

That post was only eight (8) words long. I have re-posted it every few years when it seemed very relevant. Today (as Masterson's rape trial is nearing the third act's dramatic climax) is one of those days, so I'll mention it again:

SCIENTOLOGY. WHERE THE ETHICS OFFICER IS YOUR RAPIST.
Somehow, that statement doesn't seem very "extreme" any more.

Consider this. When there is a bank robbery where a security guard gets shot and killed, the getaway driver waiting out in the car also gets the death penalty--even though he testifies: "The plan was to try to get a few bucks and if there was any trouble to just run away before the cops came or anyone got hurt. Hey, I didn't even know one of my buddies was carrying a gun!"

Now consider all of the serial rapist Danny Masterson's team of "getaway drivers" provided at no cost by the criminally complicit cult of Scientology. Dozens upon dozens of organized attacks on whistleblowers and the victims themselves. Hate websites. Millions of dollars paid to private investigators to dig up dirt or terrorize witnesses--or to attack those like Leah Remini who did everything in her power to bring help the victims and support the reporting to law enforcement-- where two decades of obstructing justice could hopefully be rectified.

Even to this day, many of Masterson's Scientology family and "celebrity" friends are surrounding him, cheering him on; and doing whatever they can to send the rape victims home with yet another crushingly traumatic loss--that Masterson goes free with a big F/Ning grin.

All of those Scientology executives/staff, Celebrity Centre handlers, OSA goons, "ethics" officers and wicked celebrities who know the truth but did nothing--they are all Masterson's getaway drivers and at some level deserve to be charged and sitting at the defendant's table during this criminal trial.

The issue there is that Danny is equated to the choich, and the thought is he has done nothing wrong. Because scn does nothing wrong. He is being attacked by esspees. All attacks on the choich are false, therefore all attacks on Danny are false.

I am forgetful, but then I've been out of the cult for a few decades now. Does anyone remember what Wrong Cupboard said about sex as punishment? I do remember bits about sexual perversion and the need to route out these people from society, and I see the COB spending endless dollars protecting a man that is a human jackhammer. In the meantime the staff, of course, as normal, get thrown some beans and rice and work 24 hours a day.

This is not how to make a sane society without war or criminality, the COB is anti-scientology, he is violating Science of Survival and needs to be given a lower condition, and the members need to revolt.

I can see all the IAS members now, in my minds eye, marching on his lair, armed with pitch forks and sharpened rakes and pointy poles. RPF members in dirty rags with broom sticks and dustbin lids, course supervisors with demo kits tied up in stockings and half the world's auditors with razor sharp crocodile clips going into the entrance of Fort Harrison.

They will force him to do the emergency formula, and then everything will be right again.

The Daily Mail :

He believes he's entitled to sex any time he feels like it.' Closing arguments begin in Danny Masterson rape trial with prosecutors painting Scientologist actor as a 'controlling man for whom no never meant no'
  • Prosecutors delivered closing statements Tuesday, painting Danny Masterson as a 'controlling' man who did not take no for an answer
  • 'He believes he is entitled to sex with you any time he feels like it and if you say no, he doesn't care,' Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller told the jury
  • On Monday s brother-in-law Billy Baldwin - who is married to Chynna Phillips, the half-sister of Masterson's wife Bijou Phillips, turned up at court to support him
  • Masterson told the judge in his rape trial Monday that he would not be testifying in his own defense
  • 'You have the right to remain silent – that is your right, protected by the constitution,' the judge told Masterson at the start of the trial's fifth week
  • Masterson has pleaded not guilty to raping three women at his Hollywood Hills home between 2001 and 2003. He faces 45 years to life in prison if convicted
