Yesterday we showed you the first half of the long list of donors who were recognized at two bonus Patrons Balls held this year by Scientology leader David Miscavige.
Usually, he hands out big trophies at the annual International Association of Scientologists gala in October in East Grinstead, England, but it turns out that he also handed them out at the New Year’s Event in Los Angeles, and the special Dianetics 75th Anniversary Event in Clearwater, Florida last month. Photos from both of those bonus parades of donors and their new hardware were featured in a new issue of Impact magazine.
Today, we have the really big whales who have given $1 million or more, the kind of wealthy figures who are really targeted by Miscavige. And this time, if you gave more than $5 million, he got in the photo with you! (Please see yesterday’s introduction for the basic concepts and practices of Scientology donations and “status” levels.)
We know that longtime readers will recognize some of the names on today’s list. But we also know we’ll hear from a number of you asking about some figures who are missing. Where’s Grant Cardone? Nancy Cartwright? Tom Cruise?
As usual, we’ll remind you of a couple of things that we think determine whether someone receives a trophy from Miscavige at a given ceremony.
