Watching that video, I was extremely concerned for her well being. . .

In fact, as she described her new powers I began to cringe repeatedly with each OT win.

Honestly, I thought she hadn't "made it" to real OT---and that she had likely false attested.

But then......just before the 4-minute mark, all my doubts began to key out; because, she said it.

"ON THIS PLANET"

Again and again, she kept using the word "PLANET" in sentences. I was so relieved, I stopped counting about the 8th time.

My space began to feel totally calm.

I now have total certainty that she "made it" to full OT, on this planet.

It's been many years since these videos were made.

Can't help but wonder what became of these people.

Some, at least, may now be ex Scientologists.

True. All I can say is. . .

I am eternally grateful & blessedly lucky that I never did a video-taped OT Success Story.....on this planet.

I may have done videotaped wins on other planets, but this is where wholetrack amnesia comes in really handy.

What I heard through the grapevine in Sweden at least, the few people who made it up to OTV and past OTV before GATII are now not on comm lines with flag, never goes to the orgs for events and got new phone numbers.

Just silently getting the F out and not making a big fuss about it.

Most "hardcore" Scientologists have moved south to Malmö to be close to the ideal morgue there and AOSHEU in Copenhagen. Gothenburg and Stockholm have been dead since the 80's, kept alive with East European Sea Org members.

2nd hand source but you know how it is. :)

Gut bursting. Right here. Right now.

HCOB 5 May 1980 OT VIII Series I Confidential Student Briefing gives a new twist to the serpent and a new spin on the white hat and the guy in it on Hubbard's Dianetics 55! cover.

No doubt you are familiar with the Revelations section of the Bible where various events are predicted. Also mentioned Is a brief period of time in which an arch-enemy of Christ, referred to as the anti-Christ, will reign and his opinions will have sway. All this makes for very fantastic, entertaining reading but there is truth in it. This anti-Christ represents the forces of Lucifer (literally, the "light bearers" or "light bringer"), Lucifer being a mythical representation of the forces of enlightenment, the Galactic Confederacy. My mission could be said to fulfill the Biblical promise represented by this brief anti-Christ period. During this period there is a fleeting opportunity for the whole scenario to be effectively derailed. which would make it impossible for the mass Marcabian landing (Second Coming) to take place. The Second Coming is designed, among other things, to trigger a rapid series of destructive events.
With the exception of the original Buddhism, virtually all religions of any consequence on this planet, mono- and pantheistic alike have been instruments to speed the progress of this "evolution of consciousness" and bring about the eventual enslavement of mankind. As you know, Siddhartha Gautama never claimed to be anything more than a man. Having caught on to this operation, he postulated his own return as Metteyya, part of which prophecy will have been fulfilled upon the passing of L. Ron Hubbard.
For those of you whose Christian toes I may have stepped on, let me take the opportunity to disabuse you of some lovely myths. For instance, the historic Jesus was not nearly the sainted figure has been made out to be. In addition to being a lover of young boys and men. he was given to uncontrollable bursts of temper and hatred that belied the general message of love, understanding and other typical Marcab PR. You have only to look at the history his teachings inspired to see where it all inevitably leads. It is historic fact and yet man still clings to the ideal, so deep and insidious is the biologic implanting.
It is a good joke that the Galactic Confederacy is associated with the Serpent in the Garden, the beast and other emissaries of the "Prince of Darkness". Yet in certain passages and esoteric interpretations of the Bible (much of which has been taken out and effectively suppressed for centuries) as well as the Qabbalah, the truth reveals itself quite nicely for the clever and the ungullible.

One would think they'd concoct an OT 9 and 10, just as they did OT 8....

It's strange that Miscavige has not at least revived the old OT 5, 6, and 7....

Now that is an interesting concept. It would seem that repackaging the "old" OT levels as new OT IX and X would be a piece of cake. Using the old levels as a base, Mithoff and company could probably rig up something that would pass the smell test.

Sucks that we just gave them the idea to run with it.

I have to chuckle at Hubbard's characterization of someone else as being "given to uncontrollable bursts of temper and hatred that belied the general message of love", being that Mr. "What is Greatness" was known to explode in the presence of others, hurl plates of food against walls if it wasn't to his liking, and send his thugs to physically assault anyone who left and took his own following. Clearly it wasn't so Christ-like as it was Hubbard-like. And there's was nothing he wouldn't stoop to to try to dissuade others from deifying anyone other than himself.
This reminds me a bit of the twit who took offense because I wasn't enamored with his pushing his ideas of some form of Scientology "group processing" on me, and informed that I had "succumbed to Christian morality". Oy vey, expanded. :)

As I understand it, Scientologists' take on Jesus Christ and Christianity is that the fact Jesus was crucified was evidence of an outpoint on his part (though I think they disagree about what that was0. A truly OT being would have escaped that grim fate.

Scientologese “truly OT being” junk aside, I never got this “ Jesus died for your sins” idea as making any sense at all. I’m not a Christian, but I do believe that he was a special, gifted and important, influential, being, when I believe that nearly every thing he was supposed to have said was actually somebody else putting words in his mouth so that they could position themselves as his apostle. How does it make any sense that somebody else died for somebody else’s sins? That just strikes me as pushing a guilt trip on people to make them obedient and submissive. I don’t believe such a magnificent being would say something like “I am the way“. Again, I believe that was others saying that he said that so they could claim a special status and power as the person qualified to speak for him. Just my take.

The Christian doctrine is that Jesus had to die to atone for the sin of Adam and Eve eating the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. And Jesus had to do it because nothing a mere human could do would be sufficient. Because although Jesus was human, he was also God, you see: the second person of the Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Ghost. So it's God dying to appease God, which makes it even weirder.

As for later writers putting words in Jesus' mouth, the speech that seems most obviously bogus to me is the 'Thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church ... ' bit, which includes 'whatsoever you bind upon earth will be bound also in heaven, and whatever you loose upon earth will be loosed also in heaven.' Catholics consider Peter the first pope, and interpret this as giving the Church the power to make rules that 'will be bound also in heaven.'

Yeah, I've never heard an explanation of that trinity thing that sounded like anything other than someone's effort to can their cognitive dissonance with indecipherable phrases. The holy ghost is neither God nor Jesus, as they are the other two legs of the trinity, right? So, is it like the masked singer? "You just have to have faith"- I guess so you don't burn in the hell, which is part of the package you have to have faith in. Where have I encountered that kind of logic before? - oh, yeah, that does ring a bell. :)

I agree, it doesn't make much sense. I never understood why my sins were forgiven by Jesus dying on the cross, when Jesus died in about 33 AD and I was born in 1958?

I had to study the Synoptic Gospels for my ordinary certificate at school, and my understanding from that time was that this was an example of Jesus's sense of humour; Peter was anything but a rock, as Jesus demonstrated by telling him that he would deny Jesus three times before the cock crowed (which he did).

Incidentally, an Australian writer on religious themes (Douglas Lockhart) claimed in one of his essays that Peter never actually went to Rome at all; he went in the opposite direction (Babylon). The essay's been taken down now but I'll see if I can find it on Wayback.

Yes, I could understand that in Christian theology the Son was Jesus, and God was the Father to whom he prayed; but who or what the Holy Ghost was was always a mystery to me.
