Clearwater City Councilmember Mark Bunker promises he will pay for his entire Bridge, go Clear by March 13th '22 and attain OT 8 by December '22 if David Miscavige will appear in person in front of the City Council to make his presentation about a so-called "partnership" with the City of Clearwater.
