I dunno... this business of potential gag order puts me in mind of what Ricky Gervais has said about the allegations of child sexual abuse that dogged Michael Jackson in his later years:

I suspect what will happen is that they'll just get used to it. Miscavige will increasingly be reviled, but he's never cared much about "wog opinion" before now and I can't see why that would change.
