We had a remarkable conversation yesterday with a 48-year-old Stone Mountain, Georgia man named Justin Aamir Adkins.

On Monday, Adkins filed a 45-page complaint — with exhibits included — to begin a federal lawsuit against the Church of Scientology International; Scientology’s Flag Service Organization (FSO) which runs the Flag Land Base in Clearwater, Florida; the Church of Scientology of Georgia; and a former Executive Director of Scientology’s Atlanta org.

Adkins is representing himself.

In the suit, he describes that he was a staffer at Scientology’s Atlanta org in 2015 (before it moved and went “Ideal” two years later) and that he had traveled to Scientology’s spiritual headquarters, the Flag Land Base in Clearwater, for advanced training that would help him do his job in Atlanta. But while he was at Flag, he experienced racial discrimination that derailed his Scientology career.

The proof he offers is that he was held back while a colleague of his seeking the same advancement, a white man named David Gentile, was not.

Yes, that David Gentile, the New York Scientologist who was convicted in 2024 of running a $1.6 billion Ponzi-like fraud scheme, but was granted clemency by the White House last year after serving only twelve days of his seven-year prison sentence.

Meanwhile, Adkins today runs his own Scientology organization in Georgia that he calls “Grace Covenant Community Fellowship,” and he’s also a member of the Nation of Islam.

They aren't going to take him back. He's a criminal and is suing them. Representing himself is a fools errand. His case will go nowhere.

This brings a memory back to me.....

Harold Sims, I believe his name was, was my OT3 Course Room Sup back in 1982 at AOLA. Harold was black.

Harold was married to Nicolle Sims......an AOLA Registrar.... ( Nicole was white....though that aspect is not a part of this post...) Nicole was my Registrar.....I had sent her Advanced Payment for years....prior to coming to LA..

Anyway, Harold had been the OT3 Course Room Sup for years..... Then, one day he was gone. The scuttle butt was that Harold had been shipped to Flag for some sort of Training....

But he never returned to AOLA.....and I never saw him again..... Then some time later Nicole left the AOLA.... ( I have not idea of the circumstances...)

I saw Nicole once.....some time later...in her Red Corvette in the Hollywood Home Depot parking lot...

Harold kinda surprised me. He was extremely laid back.... Very uncommunicative. He always had his nose buried in a paperback novel that he carried in his back pocket... He was kinda short and tubby.... Shirt tails always getting out.

He was not what I expected from that much hyped Wall of Fire Course...I'd spent years paying for....and anticipating....

I guess keeping a lid of a Course Room full of students in....while they read LRH OT3 material for the first time was a bit tricky..... He was good at keeping us all in check....

So what became of Harold? I have no idea. What became of Harold's and Nicole's marriage..? I have no idea.

I always assumed that he went to Flag and got chewed up and off loaded.... but I don't know....
That he was "sent to Flag" was the gossip....and very well could have just been a shore story.....

Perhaps the guy in the OP story could use this info in his Law Suit.....
