Ron Hubbard says an auditor may only be given a Court of Ethics or Committee of Evidence by other auditors of at least the same training level.

Also, only a qualified and posted LRH Communicator can approve Court or Comm Ev Findings and Recommendations for publication (that is called "Issue Authority"), and you sure as f*ck aren't one of them, either.

A Court of Ethics was held on Trey Lotz, Class VIII independent auditor. Trey Lotz is an accomplice in the violation of point 15 of the General Crimes in the book Introduction to Scientology Ethics that reads: "Causing severe and disreputable disturbances resulting in disrepute".

Trey supported Justin Craig in his claim to be L. Ronald Hubbard. Justin Craig latter said in a public video that "Scientology is dead". This created disturbance and disrepute in the independent Scientology field.

The recommendations are that Trey Lotz be put on a condition of liability. Trey Lotz is to submit an amends project for restitution of wrongs to the independent field. All of this is subject to verification by a Class VIII auditor and ethics specialist of his preference.

Trey might still be a follower of Scientology and deluded in his beliefs, but he’s actually a nice guy and welcome to this Board.
