Self-appointed Indi ethics officer trolls for kicks

A Court of Ethics was held on Trey Lotz, Class VIII independent auditor. Trey Lotz is an accomplice in the violation of point 15 of the General Crimes in the book Introduction to Scientology Ethics that reads: "Causing severe and disreputable disturbances resulting in disrepute".

Ron Hubbard says an auditor may only be given a Court of Ethics or Committee of Evidence by other auditors of at least the same training level.

This is not you, my delusional not-a-friend.

Also, only a qualified and posted LRH Communicator can approve Court or Comm Ev Findings and Recommendations for publication (that is called "Issue Authority"), and you sure as f*ck aren't one of them, either.

If you can't do Scientology justice *exactly* per Hubbard's policies, you at least as much of a squirrel as the folks you are condemning, dipshit.

You have no power here.

You know very well that the overall message board is for EX scientologists and your constant posting here is of zero interest to anyone ... it is very obvious that you continue to post here purely to try and upset and offend people with your cult crap.

You are acting like a cofs OSA thug.

What kind of person would want to do that?

I see my posts here having a lot of hits (interest), specially the Andy Nolch one.

Good heavens. Cut the crap.

How many exes speaking out does it take for you to see that COS as well as Scientology are fucked up?

Also, I now would like to know my crimes.

FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
TREY LOTZ

THOSE CONCERENED

1 August 2020

A Court of Ethics was held on Trey Lotz, Class VIII independent auditor. Trey Lotz is an accomplice in the violation of point 15 of the General Crimes in the book Introduction to Scientology Ethics that reads: "Causing severe and disreputable disturbances resulting in disrepute".

Trey supported Justin Craig in his claim to be L. Ronald Hubbard. Justin Craig latter said in a public video that "Scientology is dead". This created disturbance and disrepute in the independent Scientology field.

The recommendations are that Trey Lotz be put on a condition of liability. Trey Lotz is to submit an amends project for restitution of wrongs to the independent field. All of this is subject to verification by a Class VIII auditor and ethics specialist of his preference.

I don't mean to get all... whatever, but you seem more like a Banana Republic dictator every day. Generalissimo!

I don’t like seeing people pick on Trey Lotz and for all I know, this can all be a pack of lies. Trey might still be a follower of Scientology and deluded in his beliefs, but he’s actually a nice guy and welcome to this Board. It’s very uncool to see him trolled like this where he can’t even speak up to defend himself.
The thread opening post is pure nastiness and says more about the wickedness of the person who wrote and posted it than anything about Trey Lotz. This is vicious gossip and we know who is perpetrating and spreading it. Knock it off.

Who is here with Justin Craig Sheila?

But Sheila - THAT is Scientology. They can't help it. It's part of the tech. Spying and writing up KR"s on each other.
L Ron Hubbard designed it that way. I recall a guy who was on staff blew. Then the other staff members were spreading the ole Whispering Campaign. Told me he was a child molester.

They said the same thing about a Sea Org guy who blew.

If they can't find something that you did to make you look bad and discredit, they manufacture lies. It's all in the tech.

What exactly did Trey do to you Cuitlahuac Rivas? Invalidate a win?

I agree with you - Trey Lotz is a very nice man and means well.:hattip:

He got a veredict for supporting Justin Craig, the destroyer of Scientology.

Link to Still waiting for Cuitlahuac's Ethics Report on David Miscavige

It was 1990, and David Miscavige was still reeling from having discovered that Hubbard had lied, and that there were no unreleased upper "OT" levels and, thus, there was no "Bridge." There was only a hamster wheel where one "audited" L. Ron Hubbard's "case." So Miscavige did the only thing he could, he lied to the Scientology membership, and then made sure all Scientologists saw a video instructing them to "stand tall."

Thanks for the nice video.

Quite fortunately I just got my e-meter back from up-lines where it was silver-certed. Thus I am able to help STANDARDLY get an answer to your question:

Onoda. an army intelligence officer, caused a sensation when he was finally persuaded to come out of hiding in the Philippine jungle in 1974. Onoda’s three decades spent in the jungle – initially with three comrades and finally alone – came to be seen as an example of the extraordinary lengths to which some Japanese soldiers would go to demonstrate their loyalty to the then emperor, in whose name they fought. Refusing to believe that the war had ended with Japan’s defeat in August 1945, Onoda drew on his training in guerilla warfare to kill as many as 30 people whom he mistakenly believed to be enemy soldiers. . . . . . . ."
