Aaron Smith-Levin Arrested for Felony Assault at Flag Land Base

Just remember, I have to have that picture clearly in my own mind to send it along to someone else with my words. :p
Um... "Scientology can handle that"?

Even mental images one considers ugly can't actually hurt them.

Aaron was remanded into custody from Nov 13, 2025 until his hearing on Dec 5, 2025 (22 days) because he violated the terms and conditions of his bail release for the first assault charge.

He spent 22 days in jail because he disobeyed the judge who set those conditions. All he had to do was follow the bail conditions and he would not have spent the last 22 days in jail.

.

All of this courtroom chaos could have so easily been avoided.

The judge could have simply issued a PINK SHEET for Aaron—to find and look up his MU on the previous bail conditions. Naturally, he would then have to use the word in sentences until he felt good about it.

Didn't the someone request the judge order an ankle monitor for Aaron? She said they'd just use it to start jerking her chain.

I've not watched any of this video, but leaving it here as it popped up on my YouTube feed.

Aaron was released from jail today.

I watched it. It was interesting. He has a good attitude about the 22 days in jail. He had to take a personality test which, ironically, had some questions similar to the Scientology personality test.
Aaron said the woman who administered the test and counseled him was really good. He got a lot of value out of it.

She was very compassionate towards him.
She informed him that he had some serious PTSD. No surprise to any of us or Aaron - as anyone lured and trapped in a human trafficking, slave labor, financially exploitive fake “religion” that uses deception, manipulation and mind control - gets PTSD. She said he would benefit from various therapies.

Apparently, the judge must’ve read the report because she changed her tune, and she told him that Scientology has cameras everywhere and that he needs to be careful - something along those lines.

She released him with no ankle bracelet and he’s not allowed to go 500 feet near the “victims” who made the charges.

He is doing really good.

Just today....the protester that threw a sandwich at a policeman.......won his case. Not Guilty .

Maybe this will help Aaron...

That story is funny, but that case won't help Aaron. The jurors asked themselves:
"Can someone really do harm to someone wearing a ballistic vest by throwing a sandwich?"

In Aaron's case, while throwing Holi powder at someone is common during festivals, it can cause harm if inhaled.

Whether the Sea Org security guy was really harmed or not, we may never know. When OSA is dealing with a declared SP that is protesting every Friday evening at Flag, they will take every opportunity to play the victim card if given a chance.

Had the Sea Org security guard been wearing full body armor and Aaron had thrown a sandwich at him, the CoS would have claimed it caused permanent injury, ruining the guy's life. :D

We need to have a terrorist watch for Subway turkey sub dissidents.
Crazed, fanatical groups congeal overnight.

THE DOOR INCIDENT
What does everyone think about the judge watching Aaron’s video 3 times and then watching the sciento footage once and saying, I’ve seen enough?
Is he lying about what happened?

Breaking News
Aaron's latest misdemeanor trial . . . April 14, 7:15 pm . . . two hours of jury deliberation: guilty!

Remanded in custody to sheriff for now. Sentence or probation terms unclear. Fog of war.

This is a nasty business . . . getting too close to these people or escalating in Clearwater.

Current gossip:

No drinking or drugs for a year. Mental health evaluation.

Year probation possibly. Month in jail possibly.

Best I can tell . . .

30 days in jail; a year probation; no drinking or drugs usually
as part of probation; a mental health evaluation; can't come
within 100 feet of the SO guy he had the "battery" with
[a "no-contact order"]; so in essence, he has to stay away
from most of the buildings around the base, since he could
quite possibly run into the SO guy; essentially neutered
from physically protesting anywhere around Clearwater
scien/SO buildings in the future; an $825 fine.

His protesting is essentially over in central Florida, lest he
runs into the SO guy (within 100 feet) and gets arrested
again and jailed as a violation of the no-contact order.
Probably even worse jail time for something like that.

Aaron was jailed immediately, as far as I know.

Scientology got a scalp today. Nothing more to say.

Aaron was poking the bear a bit too hard and more
and more recklessly as time went on and got mauled.

Aaron can appeal the conviction and sentence if he wants to. He's got 30 days to file a notice of appeal. The case wouldn't be retried; instead, the focus would be on legal errors such as improper jury instructions, inadmissible evidence, or prosecutorial misconduct.

If that fails, he can drive 30 minutes to the Ideal Org in Tampa and protest there. :coolwink:

OSA will rush the complainant staffer that the "no-contact order" was written
about by car to Tampa Org to hang around there, so Aaron makes contact
and OSA can get Aaron jailed for a year or more on his next offense. Count
on the fact OSA would plot an "accidental" re-contact. That evil and conniving.

Aaron will have to watch his back anywhere in Clearwater after this. No more
"man on the street" filming without that hint of paranoia about being trapped in
some "contact" scenario and re-jailed.

Downtown Clearwater Saturday night filming . . . "Will I run into him on the street
by accident?" They've really neutered Aaron as far as I can tell.

OSA will be hunting him now to arrange a re-contact. The secret OSA program
has probably already been written, IMO. Now, just waiting 30 days for Aaron
to get out of jail. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Have you watched it? Any bullet points?

Waaaaaaaay too long for me. :coolwink:

I've been watching it off and on....while doing several other things. So honestly didn't track the entirety very well.

Basically.....the Judge was biased. Judge didn't allow introduction of pertinent info......

Judge wasn't happy with Aaron's earlier not guilty result....

Judge openly insulted Aaron in Court numerous times. ( was he self representing??? I don't know. )

Judge doesn't like YouTubers....

LOTS of replies in the comments section..... A big audience... Lots of well wishers.....

30 days in jail....

Lots of advertisements which I heard YouTube is now doing...
