Hubbard's Factors #17 said:And the opinion of the viewpoint regulates the consideration of the forms, their stillness or their motion, and these considerations consist of assignment of beauty or ugliness to the forms and these considerations alone are art.
Yeah, but that one may be the exception to the rule.Even mental images one considers ugly can't actually hurt them.
Aaron was remanded into custody from Nov 13, 2025 until his hearing on Dec 5, 2025 (22 days) because he violated the terms and conditions of his bail release for the first assault charge.
He spent 22 days in jail because he disobeyed the judge who set those conditions. All he had to do was follow the bail conditions and he would not have spent the last 22 days in jail.
I watched it. It was interesting. He has a good attitude about the 22 days in jail. He had to take a personality test which, ironically, had some questions similar to the Scientology personality test.I've not watched any of this video, but leaving it here as it popped up on my YouTube feed.
Aaron was released from jail today.

Best I can tell . . .
30 days in jail; a year probation; no drinking or drugs usually
as part of probation; a mental health evaluation; can't come
within 100 feet of the SO guy he had the "battery" with
[a "no-contact order"]; so in essence, he has to stay away
from most of the buildings around the base, since he could
quite possibly run into the SO guy; essentially neutered
from physically protesting anywhere around Clearwater
scien/SO buildings in the future; an $825 fine.
His protesting is essentially over in central Florida, lest he,
runs into the SO guy (within 100 feet) and gets arrested
again and jailed as a violation of the no-contact order.
Probably even worse jail time for something like that.
Aaron was jailed immediately, as far as I know.
Scientology got a scalp today. Nothing more to say.
Aaron was poking the bear a bit too hard and more
and more recklessly as time went on and got mauled.
"A man's got to know his limitations"Inspector Harry Callahan

OSA will rush the complainant staffer that the "no-contact order" was writtenIf that fails, he can drive 30 minutes to the Ideal Org in Tampa and protest there.
