A quick, easy solution to loss

Missing Someone or Something, i.e. Loss

I developed a new procedure for loss. Loss consists of "persistent lost anchor-points". In scientology these are called secondaries. In Buddhism they could be called attachments, clinging, etc. A person is attached to something or someone, and loses it/them. This can be described as a lost Terminal, accompanied by what is often called in scientology a "loss of havingness".

Theory: Anchor points are half of a split into two. Their other half are viewpoints. Seeing that this is a dichotomy leads to seeing that all anchor points are abandoned viewpoints. The solution is to convert the anchor back into a viewpoint.

Requirement: For best results the client (or yourself if solo) should be able to stop being the physical body. The physical body can often have emotional breakdown over loss; this can interfere with running the process by distracting the attention. The process can still be run without separation from identification with the body, but this may require an auditor or processor.

This process is more aligned with Buddhism than other therapies. In the scientology frame of reference this process is an assist. Nothing is erased. It is also more of a spiritual process for mind and spirit, rather than a process which involves the meat body. It's in the same general area of case address as running out entities.

An example of what can be run: when a loved someone dies, and a loss is experienced, this process dissolves the 'attachment' to that person.

End Phenomenon of the process is when the person is thought of or mentioned in conversation, a calm happiness is experienced. There is no release of charge.

Technique:
1. Locate an abandoned anchor which was attached to someone or something that the client (or yourself) misses, regrets losing. 'See' the missing comm Terminal. This can be located anywhere in space, time or universe. The anchor can be attached to a point in space, or an entire object, physical body, energy body, planet, or even an entire universe. Yes, the attachment can be to a lost universe, the entire thing. But those latter are for more advanced work for people who can contact magic track, etc.. For people who are starting processing, this will be something familiar and dear to them, or hated by them, that is lost. So a home, a friend, a parent, a school as a group, etc.

2. Move to that anchor (attachment).

3. Become that anchor as your new viewpoint. Experience reality as that anchor as your personal viewpoint. This means to really experience as that lost someone or something. You become their viewpoint. This dissolves the attachment. The next step produces havingness.

4. Final action is to look from that viewpoint at yourself. This is the Ken Ogger Remote Viewpoint technique. This can occur automatically, as many people will look at themselves while holding what had been an anchor and now a viewpoint.

Anchor point vanishes. Loss vanishes. Havingness restored.​
#4 can be skipped if you wish, but I advise you to do #4.

This goes back a couple decades when I noticed during processing that a fixed idea, including any form of serfac, appeared to be a 'dead' viewpoint. Took me until now to realize that an attachment was as much of a locked in place, quite dead, POV as a serfac. I am a little slow sometimes, lol.
