It may also be of interest that on January 26, 2021 Snellings posted to Facebook on the topic of "Military takeover and The Commander in Chief is still your President":

* * * * * BEGIN EXCERPT * * * * *

Military takeover and The Commander in Chief is still your President. Many of us assumed when Trump, and those in his administration, referred to 'the next administration' it meant the military. I consider it only logical that he step down while all this is carried out and the timing couldn't be more perfect quite honestly. Trump did say that the 'next administration' would take over at noon on 1/20/21. Obviously, most people thought this was over when Biden was sworn in as he now became POTUS, however, I don't agree with this because of the obvious fraud. If the military has the proof of election fraud (as they seized the servers in Germany - see previous post and the Special Forces Operators who died during this seizure) then they have a duty under military code to remove the false government and restore a new legal civilian government under military code, 11.3, which was triggered when Biden was sworn in. In the McCarthy era, there was a fear that the communists could take over our government, so provisions were put in place for the military to protect us should that happen. These provisions allow the military to take control while they remove the belligerent government and restore a legal civilian government, with the military running the elections to do that. Literally, the military was put in place as the last line of defense of the Constitution should an illegal government be installed. Which I pose the question, "Why they did not send a government plane for the President-Elect?" Because they know he is not a legitimate President. Once Biden was sworn in, the government became illegitimate (belligerent) and the military is now responsible for restoring the legitimate civilian government otherwise foreign governments will take over. Additionally, as has been indicated by Biden's interests over the last several days, he is not for America because he has signed EO after EO deconstructing all the America First policies. It has been said the end would not be for everybody and I think Biden is making a show of what would happen if a foreign agent took over our government. We have been told by Trump and General Flynn and others that America would get a lesson in the Constitution. Well, effective at noon on 1/20/2021, when Biden was illegally sworn in with assistance of foreign nations, he just made the government illegitimate and effectively put the military in control. So, while many thought it was over when Biden was sworn in, realize that it needed to happen this way for the military to assume control without it being a military takeover under a Trump administration, which the media would have sent us into a civil war over. The United States are no longer under civilian control. Pete Gaynor the head of FEMA is in control, as is Christopher Miller of the DOD and the US Military. Both were put in charge by President Trump and activated by Executive Order. So, what do you see going on in DC right now? FEMA tents, FEMA Personnel, FEMA vehicles and National Guard troops who became federalized. Washington DC is under control not by Trump, but under control by a contingency government run by FEMA and the US Military. We are in an active military coup under legal authority, a coup to restore the Republic, which is against the fake Biden and Harris election. It has taken a lot longer than most people would have liked, but this operation was not put together with the consideration of what the populace wants but when certain things need to happen in order to do everything under the rule of law. The situation is now out of Trump's control and has been for several days. It's now under full control of the US Military and FEMA authority. The greatest President this nation has ever seen couldn’t bring justice and drain the swamp while being president, it's just too corrupt. However, he will help or be the leader of a new movement that will take us to even greater heights as a nation and as a world because as he has said over and over, "The Best Is Yet To Come."

Snellings either has some crashing misunderstood words on the subject of Scientology, Christianity, or both, or, alternatively, he's lying, because as a Scientologist, he believes that lying is the "greatest good".

Christianity and Scientology are not compatible. :duh:

Besides...

In its application for tax-exempt status in the United States, the Church of Scientology International states:

Although there is no policy or Scriptural mandate expressly requiring Scientologists to renounce other religious beliefs or membership in other churches, as a practical matter Scientologists are expected to and do become fully devoted to Scientology to the exclusion of other faiths. As Scientologists, they are required to look only to Scientology Scriptures for the answers to the fundamental questions of their existence and to seek enlightenment only from Scientology.[5]

All of the above probably.

Did he do any OT levels? Maybe he's just ignorant of what goes on there.

During my time in Scientology what I observed repeatedly was that for any new people coming in, if they ever expressed a concern about a possible conflict between Scientology and their current religion they were assured that there was certainly no conflict.

According to Scientology "ethics" though, it would be a crime to tell a prospective Scientologist the truth in that situation. If someone is being regged and expresses concern about religious conflicts, telling him "Yes, it is true, Scientology is not compatible with (fill in the blank), causing that person to walk out the door, you would be hauled into Ethics or to the MAA so fast your head would spin.

NOTE: It appears that because Michael Snellings already refers to himself as a candidate, he: (a) no longer qualifies for a "testing the waters" exploratory committee or status; and (b) will have to register as a candidate with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) once he has "raised or spent more than $5,000."

The FEC explains:

Testing the waters for possible candidacy

Testing the waters for possible candidacy - FEC.gov

* * * * * BEGIN EXCERPT * * * * *

Testing the waters vs. campaigning

While testing the waters, an individual may carry out a variety of activities, such as conducting polling, traveling around a district or state, and placing telephone calls to see if there is sufficient support for a candidacy. Certain activities, however, indicate that the individual is no longer testing the waters. Those activities include:

Making or authorizing statements that refer to themselves as candidates ("Miller in 2020" or "Wilson for Senate");

[SNIP]

Individuals who engage in these activities may no longer qualify for the testing the waters exemption, and if that is the case, would need to register as a candidate if they have raised or spent more than $5,000.

If anyone wonders why Christianity and Scientology are not compatible, it's because Hubbard claimed that he "scientifically discovered" that Christianity and Jesus Christ are trillion year old IMPLANTS embedded in peoples' minds in order to degrade and enslave them for eternity. ("The man on the cross---there was no Christ!" - L. Ron Hubbard)

Similarly, Hubbard claimed to have "scientifically discovered" and the Islamic religion and Muhammad/Allah are also wholetrack IMPLANTS.

And, Hubbard goes on to claim to have "scientifically discovered" that the reason underlying all human suffering and war, insanity & criminality is a 75 million year old IMPLANT called Xenu's "Wall of Fire".

Here an IMPLANT. There an IMPLANT. Everywhere an IMPLANT. Old McHubbard had a hoax, E-I-E-I-O.

Scientologists who believe they are also Christians may want to get a Word Clearing Correction List or clay demo that sentence I made red until they have a major cognition.

If that doesn't resolve the issue then they'll need a battery of sec checks. :D

I wonder if Joy Villa provided the recent model for the "Christian Scientologist" strategy, and other Scientologists -- particularly those who (like Villa).are interested in politics -- are "repeating the successful action?"

I knew a Scientologist who claimed to be a Scientologist and a Christian. He was also in the G.O. He really did believe what he said. At the same time, I never knew him to ever go to a Christian church. He also never had the time for such things as Sundays were either his free day off or if not, he was running Sunday Services at the org (for PR purposes of course).

If they are not lying, then they are trying to have it both ways by believing their own lies.

This reminds me of Joy Villa. For years she has claimed to be a Christian. She documents her whole life on social media. Yet, she has never posted anything about attending a (Christian) church.

When she announced her move to Nashville, she posted about how she wanted to join a "big beautiful Christian church." She hasn't mentioned it since.

When she had her Congressional exploratory committee and was touting her Christian bona fides, I tweeted about how she had appeared in an ad for the Scientology E-Meter, was a Patron Meritorious in Scientology, but had never posted or said anything about attending a Christian church.

In my exoerience, people who say that they are both a Christian and a Scientologist are:

(1) lying;

(2) ignorant about Scientology (typically beginners who have no idea what Scientology is about);

(3) are ignorant about Christianiy; or

(4) are not at all serious about Christianity (and see category 1 above). They are "Christian" in name only -- historically to placate family; apparently now also for political advantage or social defense -- their participation is superficial if not non-existent, and most importantly, their moral code is governed by Scientology.

It is never the case that they are not serious about Scientology.

The idea that one can be a Christian and a Scientologist is risible.

Yeah, the guy that I was talking about said that he knew Jesus in a past life. That is a little like saying that you were at Woodstock for all you non-Scientologists out there. He was also a former Divinity student. It is amazing what Scientology does to people. He really believed he was also a Christian because he thought so and that L, Ron said that it was possible. And yet, he spent all his time and life around Scientology. Scientologists play all sorts of mind games with themselves in order to make sense of all the contradictions within Scientology, I know I did. I even tolerated Scientology music. :smartass:

LOL!

WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED: After Scientologists listened to the first 45 seconds or so to the song"THANK YOU FOR LISTENING", there should have been a mass exodus of 97.5% of all Scientologists from around the world. They should have all stood up simultaneously and promptly blown.

The other 2.5% that remained would have had a huge win too, because they would have instantly inherited all the abandoned clipboards. And with that power trending stat they could have instantly begun issuing Declare Orders on all the people who left the cult, writing up furious lies about all the "SPs" that were holding the stats down before and how wonderful it is that they are gone!

Naturally the 2.5% madly mimeographing all those tens of thousands of goldenrod Declares would be the actual SPs.

:hattip:

.

Yeah, the guy that I was talking about said that he knew Jesus in a past life.
We had a girl who met Jesus in a past life and tehre was also some person who claimed to have been Genghis Khan.

I remember being told that there was a cardinal (I could be wrong about him being a cardinal, but he was a somebody) at the Vatican that was on OT VII as proof of how one could be both a scilon and Christian.

We had a girl who met Jesus in a past life and tehre was also some person who claimed to have been Genghis Khan.
I remember a discussion from back on ESMB where there were discussions from auditors who knew quite a few people who were Jesus in a past life.
