Fortunately we have this thing called criminal justice in normal society ... it isn't perfect but it's better than your cartoon version. Your lot only really turned on him well after he was jailed for breaching his (legal and real) community corrections order.

I expect he'll try and sue you when he gets out, I wonder which system he'll choose, the real one or your silly one?

Well, I think it is to discuss "Freezone, Indy, and Other Flavors of Scientology", not to write ethics reports on people who aren't here. Just because a part of the internet has the word FREEZONE attached to it doesn't mean you get to claim it as yours and decide what it is for. I think what you stated validates Dr. Hubbard's discovery that we are all incarcerated on a "prison planet".

Andy appears to have a minor MU, which is probably why he was not satisfied with just living on a prison planet, but insisted on living inside a prison inside a prison planet.

I think Andy was just trying to follow Dr. Hubbard's tech of "exchanging in abundance" so he went a little overboard by that prison within a prison weirdness.

Andy would have been well-advised to follow Dr. Hubbard's formula for staying out of prisons altogether. He should have invested in a BlueBird motorhome, continuously driven about, hiding from authorities and wearing an upstat disguise.

An Ethics Court was held on Andy Nolch, conductor of The Indie Scientology Podcast, in absentia, because he is in prison in Australia. Andy's crime is point 15 of the General Crimes as listed in the first edition of the Introduction to Scientology Ethics book; 15. Causing severe and disreputable disturbances resulting in disrepute. Andy's previous arrest and the latest incarceration for violation of court orders and on drug possession charges caused severe disturbance and disrepute to the field and to field scientologists that he interviewed in his podcast.

On the accusation of promoting the use of psychotropic drugs to "go up the bridge" Andy basically pleaded guilty, because I sent a KR to Andy denouncing him for pushing drugs and mushrooms to the public and Andy's answer was that Ayahuaca and mushrooms are "food supplements" and less dangerous than Scientology. All this led to his incarceration for violation of court orders and drug possession and importation.

The recommendations are that Andy Nolch should not to be trained or processed on anything other than PTS technology and drug rehabilitation tech. Is assigned the condition of Treason.

CONDITIONAL: If Andy Nolch brings himself to cause over his case manifestations and criminal actions, he will be permitted to elaborate an amends project to incorporate faster to the independent Scientology community.

Andy can choose to handle his ethics condition on the organization of his choice, and report the progress he is making to the independent community by way of public announcements.

Well, it is easy to keep being uptone. Even if Ron's "THE RESPONSITILITY OF LEADERS" policy describes the liability of having some "pink legs sticking out of a pile of bodies", you can now see that the wog leaders of any country you name, now have much more "pink lesgs sticking out" than the ones ever mentioned in the "Bolivar PL".
