I guess it is being assumed that Mike Rinder knew and "Child USA" knew and Brian Kent knew.....that the "window" to file CSA in California would close December 2023.....and did not alert anyone needing to file.....to file.

But my initial impression is that might really be a conspiracy to get Mike Rinder thrown out from the board of child USA.
That's just my initial impression gut-feeling kind of thing. I have no insider info whatsoever.

Same for me.
I like some of Aaron's videos. They're often entertaining and sometimes he does break important news. But it seems that Aaron hates Mike Rinder after being tossed out of the Aftermath Foundation and I'm not going to take his accusations and all he implied about Rinder at face value.
I've not watched the video from Natalie posted above, so I don't know if there is anything new in it.

The topics involved are the sexual molesting of kids in scientology, whom ( malignant narcissistic? Pervert? Professional gaslighter? Incompetent??? abuser???, I wonder...) these cases have been assigned to, the deliberate neglect in not doing the legal and representation work, the fact that people involved in these case knew it wasn't obviously going anywhere...the obvious COMPLACENCY! ( Such cases proceedings would have tremendously damage the cult...but obviously, it did not...)

The LAPD claimed they were unable to criminally prosecute Miriam Francis's father due to statute of limitations issues, not something that was addressed in Aaron's video which was only about statute of limitations in civil cases. Miriam can file a civil lawsuit in California. She acknowledged this in one of her videos. Under current California law, she has until her 40th birthday to do this. I hope she does!
With regards to the cases taken on by the attorney that Aaron was speaking about, if there was a deliberate attempt to stop these cases from going forward and there is strong evidence to show this I can only think of one reason that would motivate him to do this, that some organization paid him to do what he did.

I was about to watch Natalie's video but decided against it when I saw it was with Nora who seems (like Aaron) to have
MRDS (Mike Rinder Derangement Syndrome).
I not proclaiming Mike Rinder innocent of all accusations. I have no idea. I just want to hear the full story that comes out including from Mike Rinder, Marci Hamilton, and whomever the investigative journalist is that's looking into this whole thing.

If you can initiate a civil suit until you're 40 then what is this Dec 2023 window closing about? Is that for criminal cases? If it is for criminal cases then it has nothing to do with Brian Kent and his former clients.

One's ability to initiate a civil lawsuit in California as a victim of sexual abuse depends upon several things including the age of the victim when the assault occurred. For victims over the age of 40 California passed a piece of legislation some years ago (Assembly Bill 218) which enabled them to sue, but there was a deadline given for them to do this which has been extended a couple of times. It was last extended to Dec 31st, 2023, and this was the deadline to which Aaron was referring to. Here is an article about it but this was written prior to its most recent extension.
Given that the "lookback window" has been extended twice now in California I wouldn't be surprised if it is extended once again.

I watched all the Aaron videos all the way. In a nutshell, what is claimed:
- Mike knew about what's in the affidavit against Kent for over a year
- Mike was good friends with the person in the affidavit SA'd by Kent for years
- Mike knew the story from her as well as the affidavit
- Mike knew Kent well and recommended him to a handful of scios clients . . . victims of SA
- Kent did nothing for these clients for two years
- Mike did not alert Child USA about any of this for over two years
- A YouTube video had revealed all this to Child USA and the law firm Kent was a partner in
- Kent was fired by his law firm
- Kent in under investigation by Pennsylvania legal authorities
- Mike knew about the strict filing deadline for SA cases
- Mike didn't alert anyone about this for the past two years or tell anyone at Child USA (Why not?)
- The filing deadline has passed with no scio cases files -- major f*ck up
majorly f*cking up and being disinterested and/or inattentive.
Will wait to see if Mike says anything or defends or gets booted off the board of Child USA.
If radio silence, I'll assume the worst, I guess. This whole Kent episode is pretty disgusting.
This will blow up and be subject to some investigative reports in the media, IMO.
