Danny’s direct appeal is now fully briefed and we await news of when a hearing will be scheduled. But Danny has also filed a habeas petition, which takes a look at what was not in his trial that the court should pay attention to.
TX Lawyer did a great job explaining why he thinks both of these approaches fall short, and we wanted to add some specifics on the Scientology side that bolsters that argument.
