'Get on the level'? Come to think of it, it might be a PAC or California slang.
I guess most english language users would say: "Just wait till you reach the next OT level" or something like that. But I guess we californians just abbreviate everything and try to do everything too fast.

Get on the next level isn't just PAC. And when it's "get on the level" I've always heard that as referring to getting onto OT 7 (the level).
