Mentioned is not the same as being named as defendants in either of the suits. Neither C of $ nor Applied Scholastics are being sued. Which is why I said these suits are a PR problem and not a Legal problem.
This is partially true.
They are mentioned extensively in the narrative of at least the one lawsuit.
Of course they can be Deposed as Interested Parties.....I believe is the correct term.... And that has legal standing and they must comply....
This can be seen as a legal maneuver, to be able to Depose them, but not bring their "big guns" into the Court Room,
I have no doubt that they will have a legal team involved....IMO
Sky Daily is listed as a Defendant and in the narrative is spoken of as a "Member of Scientology", is listed as a Teacher for Applied Scholastics .....and trying to Recruit jane doe into Scientology.....and switched jane doe from a generic highschool GED program to a Scientology Program...
Not to mention that Hayden Hitt is also a Student in the Applied Scholastics Program, according to Sky Daily herself.
And furthermore....I am guessing that the two Jane and John Does listed as Defendants are the parents of the one John Doe in the second lawsuit.....and we just don't know what their affiliations might be...
Scientology is very prominent in this suit....IMO.
