It depends largely, but not entirely, on whether Tony Muhammad takes over when Farrakhan dies.
If Tony Muhammad succeeds Farrakhan, it is likely the COS - NOI relationship will continue, and NOI members will continue to do Dianetics and Scientology services. While the COS has kept Tony Muhammad on the down low recently (e.g., he has not recently appeared at any COS events or in any COS promo), the COS front group The Way To Happiness continues to sponsor Peace Rides put on by Tony Muhammad's organization, United in Peace. Indeed, the most recent TWTH sponsored United in Peace event was on 10/27/19 in Pasadena. See photo below.
Having said that, I'll note that the appearance of The Way To Happiness at this most recent United in Peace event in Pasadena was apparently limited to the above banner. I've watched and looked at all of the videos and photos of the Pasadena event that I could find. I did not see any video or photos of The Way To Happiness booklets being distributed. I did not see any t-shirts, posters, or any other banners with The Way To Happiness logo. I did not see any Scientologists (other than arguably Tony Muhammad) that I recognized. This is in contrast to past United in Peace events and Peace Riders where there were many photos of people distributing and holding up The Way To Happiness booklets, as well as photos of various Scientologists.
On a more fundamental level, it is clear to me that Tony Muhammad has been indoctrinated into many Scientology beliefs. I believe I have watched every publicly available video of Tony Muhammad's speeches and lectures over the last several years, including a number that have since been deleted. While these days Tony Muhammad never uses the words "Scientology" or "Dianetics" in his NOI lectures, he has most importantly adopted a politically expedient theory of Dianetics whereby the injuries to the cells of Black slaves when they were whipped, beaten, etc. are in fact felt in the cells of their ancestors today. It is a way to make past physical and psychological injuries present in people alive today in a very real way. Tony Muhammad has also adopted Scientology Word Clearing, being careful to define his terms, including their derivations. Further, on more than one occasion I've heard him use the Scientology valence theory whereby a person who is being suppressed adopts the valence of the winning person, the victimizer. Tony Muhammad does this without using the word "valence"; he just explains and uses the theory.
The probability that the NOI drops Scientology and Dianetics after Farrakhan's death is very greatly enhanced if he is succeeded by Minister Wesley Muhammad, Ph.D. Wesley Muhammad is a significant figure in the Nation of Islam. He received a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He is member of both the NOI Research Group and the NOI Executive Council. Most importantly, as noted in several posts on the original ESMB, Wesley Muhammad has expressed very real concerns about the NOI - COS relationship. (For example, according to Wesley Muhammad, Farrakhan said that his followers should not go on the Freewinds.) See:

I do not know if there are other potential candidates to succeed Farrakhan. I do know some other NOI regional ministers with the same rank of Tony Muhammad (called "Student Ministers") have done Dianetics and Scientology services.
