One wonders when Scientology senior management is going to pull the plug on Rizza Islam and his posse, and:
- Put the proverbial "head on a pike" and publicly slam Rizza.
- Distance the COS from all current connections to Rizza
- Vanish Rizza from all previous Scn awards, official positions, photographs, websites and literature.
- Disclaim, cancel and/or un-award all previous declarations of Rizza's humanitarian contributions to mankind on this planet, including foreclosing on and repossessing all shiny bling & jumbo medallions.
- Dead agent Rizza as a liar who never had any connection to Scientology. Ever.
- Make up an acceptable shore story that explains why Rizza appears in thousands of photographs at Scientology events (that they were unable to take down off the internet) by trying to reduce his role to insignificance, such as: "Rizza was only hired once or twice as a part-time grounds crew to do cleanup at Scientology events, and his responsibilities only included picking up the poop that fell out of our IAS horse's ass. And we fired him because he did not come up to our church's ethical standards when our supreme OT leader, the Honorable Reverend Miscavige was sabotaged and got horse-shit on his bespoke 2,700 dollar Jon Lobb shoes that took him over a decade to save up for on his $50 per week ministerial salary!"

I believe the answer to your question, "when [is] Scientology senior management... going to pull the plug on Rizza Islam and his posse?" is never.
I've been following and trying to document the COS -- NOI connection as best that I can for years. As documented on the threads here and the original ESMB about Tony Muhammad, and this thread and the threads on the original ESMB about Rizza Islam, they as well as other NOI Scientologists have made numerous anti-Semitic, racist, homophobic and anti-American comments without any comment or action by the Church of Scientology. With the single exception noted below, the COS has one nothing. I fully expect that to continue.
I have noted one change recently. Beginning several months ago, Tony Muhammad stopped talking about "the Jews" by name and stopped using his slides concerning "the Jews" in his Powerpoint lectures. Having watched this situation for years now, I'm confident the COS finally convinced him to stop lecturing about "the Jews" by name. He also deleted some of his more anti-Semitic lectures from Facebook. (Not to worry; I downloaded them all.)
There are two reasons Scientology senior management will probably never pull the plug on "Rizza Islam and his posse" (in which I include Tony Muhammad, though properly speaking it is Tony Muhammad and his posse, which includes Rizza Islam). First, everyone in NOI will walk,. Their loyalty is to Louis Farrakhan, period. If he tells them to walk, to stop doing all Dianetics and Scientology services, they will stop doing all Dianetics and Scientology services. There is no doubt about that. (Example: Louis Farrakhan told NOI members not to go on the most recent Black Scientologists Convention on the Freewinds, and they didn't go.) And Louis Farrakhan is NOT going to let one of his members in good standing, namely Rizza Islam, be disrespected, much less by Scientology. He is not going to throw Rizza Islam under the bus.
Secondly and more fundamentally, the COS - NOI alliance is clearly all DM's idea. The award of the Freedom Medal to Tony Muhammad was clearly orchestrated by DM and upper management for over a year. For the COS to "pull the plug on Rizza Islam and his posse," and thus cause the demise of the relationship, would cause DM to be "wrong" -- and when is the last time that happened?
Don't get me wrong. As first noted by triumph, it appears Rizza Islam is distancing himself from the COS (e.g., deleting old Faceook, Instagram posts and Tweets) for is own reasons. His future as an activist lies with the NOI, and his association with Scientology has resulted in criticism in that regard. Also, others in his community have noted, and Rizza himself may have realized, that his current legal problems do NOT stem from his membership in the NOI, but instead stem from his relationship with the COS.

Minister Tony Muhammad is by far a bigger problem for the COS than Brother Rizza Islam for a number of reasons. He is a Scientology Freedom Medal Winner. He has appeared at numerous Scientology events and in Scientology promo. He leads the Scientology related Peace Rides. He has made some of the most explicit anti-Semitic, racist, homophobic and anti-American comments, all documented on video. If I get a hold of promo showing his appearance at a COS event in the future, I'm always going to tweet the above. As noted above, it appears the COS has convinced him to stop lecturing about "the Jews" by name, but if the COS ever tried to really censor him (e.g., about White people, racial separation), or the US generally, neither he, Farrakhan or the NOI would tolerate it.
