Slight problem. What "Dr" Tony Muhammad is demanding was already tried.
Tens of millions of African Americans were "allowed to establish a separate territory of their own". It's called the "ghetto".
And then their "former slave masters" did "maintain and supply (their) needs". It's called "welfare".
And this was already tried "for the next 20 to 25 years". In fact it was tried---for the last 60 years.
Those "separate territories" are now overwhelmed by poverty, hopelessness, drugs, violent crimes and the daily massacre of blacks and innocent women/children and in every city in the USA by heavily armed black domestic terrorists known as gangbangers, armed robbers, car-jackers and soiopathic drug dealers trying to murder their competitors.
But the problem is the Jews and the "white devils". They're not in the ghetto but they're the ones causing all of this.
And the solution is more money, Trillions more. The problem is that more welfare is needed. We can trust Tony Muhammad with those trillions because he has was awarded a jumbo "Freedom Medallion" by the "most ethical people on the planet", Scientology. LOL.

I am the last person to defend Minister Abdul Malik Sayyid Muhammad (aka Tony Muhammad) and I am not doing so here, but in the interest of intellectual honesty and fairness I have to say that is not what he is talking about. Not at all.
What he is talking about is sovereignty, a separate and independent nation, and self-government on a national, nation-state level. Yes one that would for 20 to 25 years receive from the U.S. foreign aid, a subsidy, or reparations for slavery. Payment, Minister Abdul would argue, that would have more moral justification in the United States than the over $100 billion given to Israel for military aid alone. But nonetheless, sovereignty.
And no, Minister Abdul's proposed "solution" has not been tried. Even if one argues that Democrats control various cities, some states, and sometimes the federal government, nevertheless not all, not always, and most importantly Black people don't. Having less than 15% of the population in the U.S., in this democracy Black people always have been and always are going to be largely subject to the political control of others, depending on whatever fragile coalitions and compromises they can forge. Minister Abdul is proposing something radically different.
Do I support the Nation of Islam Muslim Plan? Do I support the dismemberment of the United States? Of course not, which is why I cross-post each and every time Minister Abdul Malik Sayyid Muhammad promotes the plan. But to say "It's been tried," or to suggest that it is anything like the policy of the United States over the past 60 years is simply wrong.
Only for example, less than 60 years ago, the first Black students were allowed to enroll in the University of Alabama. Governor George Wallace barred their entry. President Kennedy had to federalize the National Guard to accomplish their enrollment
Again, only as an example, in 1972 the U.S. government finally ended the Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment that used Black people as guinea pigs only after 128 Black people died from syphilis, 40 spouses had been diagnosed with it, and the disease had been passed to 19 children at birth. Children.
So, yeah, I'm confident that Minister Abdul is proposing something different from U.S. policy over the past 60 years that hasn't been tried before, even if I reject the plan whole-heartedly
