Thanks, looks like the prodigiously "
upstat" rapist is still "
postulating" his attainment of "
total freedom" from life in prison.
A curious excerpt from that article:
"The petition for habeas corpus filed with California's 2nd District Court of Appeal argues that lawyer Philip Cohen did not represent Masterson properly at the 2023 retrial that ended with the actor being convicted of raping two women at his Los Angeles home in 2003. He was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison."
COMMENT: Although blaming the attorneys is a common legal strategy when criminals lose their case, this defense is ironically very perfect for a Scientologist like Masterson. Because logically, if he had been represented properly--he would not have lost and been sentenced to prison. [ To wit, in Scientology if you spent millions of dollars and decades to attain miraculous superpowers—and you did not get any of those magical powers, then you did not apply Ron's tech properly. Ron is never guilty, Masterson is never guilty, it's everyone else that is screwing up, I tell ya! ]
