INTRODUCTION
- I submit this sworn affidavit in response to a defamatory video currently hosted and published by the Church of Scientology, which includes a statement by my former wife, Jennifer Linson (a senior Church executive), falsely attacking my character, inventing events that never occurred, and presenting knowingly false information regarding my background, professional conduct, and personal life.
- This video constitutes part of an ongoing pattern of retaliation against me for speaking publicly about the abuses I witnessed and experienced under David Miscavige’s leadership.
- I provide this declaration as part of the Indict David Miscavige Initiative to correct the record and to be used as Exhibit A in support of future legal filings.
