Court finds 'practice of deliberate attacks' by Scientology in (largely) upholding Remini lawsuit

I dunno... this business of potential gag order puts me in mind of what Ricky Gervais has said about the allegations of child sexual abuse that dogged Michael Jackson in his later years:

"I'm not saying Michael Jackson definitely was a paedophile. No one knows: only Michael and all those people he paid off."

The Scientology UFO cult will never shake off the stink of these court cases. Everyone knows Hubbard and his creation for the turds they were.

I suspect what will happen is that they'll just get used to it. Miscavige will increasingly be reviled, but he's never cared much about "wog opinion" before now and I can't see why that would change. As long as the "whales" keep paying up and he gets to maintain his sybaritic lifestyle and the hob-nobbing with celebrities like Tom Cruise, the show will stay on the road.

Yes, I believe that too.

Scientologists can "get used to" anything. And there is a good reason for this bizarre behavior. . .

* * * axiom * * *
SCIENTOLOGISTS CAN HAVE WINS ON ANYTHING!
EVEN ON TRAGIC LOSSES OR THINGS THAT
NEVER HAPPENED. THIS IS WHAT IS

REQUIRED IN ORDER TO ATTEST OT.

example: scientologists leaping to their feet to give jubilant standing ovations when the con man (Miscavige) takes the stage at an event. Even though he is the fraudster who stole their billions of hard-earned dollars for the previous 40 years.

example: scientologists leaping to their feet to give jubilant standing ovations when it is announced that Hubbard dropped dead. The huge win is that Ron was so OT that he had to kill his body. Wogs mistakenly call this "severe mental illness resulting in suicide", but scientologists have euphoric wins because when they were r-factored that Hubbard croaked and left his body, it was scientific proof that exteriorization is real!

I did a remote viewing session several hours after David Miscavige was informed of the lawsuit from Leah Remini. They all look to have VVGI's!

LOL LOL LOL !!

. . . an unprecedented whole track WINNNNNN that is making planetary clearing a reality!!!

Because. . .

"People only attack ("howl") Scientology when we are winning!!!"
If that was true, it would contradict, negate, invalidate and eliminate all of the SP/PTS technology, declares and fair game policy (because their only purpose is to "attack", "sue" and "destroy utterly" all persons who "r-factor" others that Scientology is a cruely avaricious hoax).

And now for the coup de grace; If stalking, terrorizing, suing and ATTACKING the "enemies" of Scientology is mandated in all of the cult's policies and operations, wouldn't that mean that the enemy is WINNNNNing?! By reciprocal principles, if Scientology attacks "SPs" that proves that the SPs are winning.

* A "flex purchase" is an extravagant or expensive buy made
primarily to show off wealth, status, or success to others.

I hope that never happens, Leah sticks to her guns and lands a decisive blow upon the Church and in particular upon Miscavige's reign over it (maybe it's too much to ask).

Sure, I can understand that perspective.

But, a CIVIL lawsuit is just one tool in the bag. It's purpose is to win MONEY. One can certainly hope that the money damages (judgment) is enough to damage the cult or COB's reign over it, but honestly that is not the design of a civil lawsuit.

The good news is that there are many other tools in the tool kit. For example this "ex-scientology" website and the countless other cult-debunking websites exposing Hubbard, Miscavige and their outrageously stupid "pay us a million bucks and we guarantee you'll get magically miraculous superpowers for eternity!"

Hubbard's hoax is slowly and methodically MELTING as the internet and all other media continue to expose the cruelly avaricious money racket that promises to save mankind and rid the universe of ENGRAMS & BTs, neither of which even exist. LOL

All that's really happened in Scientology since 1950 is this:

Stage I: Naive people without suitable due-diligence skills and/or research tools (e.g. internet) read Dianetics and then tried to go "clear"

Stage II: VIrtually all the Dianeticists drifted away and departed when they spent a lot of money and time and finally "cognited" that Dianetics a ridiculous scam.

Stage III: Hubbard then scrambled to come up with something "wayyyy better than engrams" and he called it Scientology. Then naive people without suitable due-diligence skills and/or research tools (e.g. internet) tried to go "OT".

Stage IV: Virtually all the Scientologists drifted away away and departed when they spent a lot of money and time and finally "cognited" that Scientology is a ridiculous scam.

Stage VI: Miscavige then scrambled to come up with something "wayyy better than BTs" and he called it Donation-ology, where people write monster checks to buy real estate for Scientology's leader and donate billions more to other projects to "save mankind" for which they receive highly valued lapel pins and bowling trophies.

That's all that has happened in the past 76 years. Personally, I think that more than qualifies for humiliating slow-motion DEFEAT for the billion-year bullshitting stragglers that are still in the cult trying to "salvage this sector".

RECOMMENDATION: Get a really comfortable chair, kick back and order more popcorn. lol
