I'd put it in the same dumpster with Scientology's "Xenu", "Marcabs", and each and every other religious/spiritual/political conspiracy explaining how "powerful hidden sinister forces are gaslighting us, suppressing us and controlling the world". If you feel that investing in and spouting such crap serves to explain your unhappiness with your lot in life and/or confers status upon you as being among the cognoscenti, have your "prison planet" silliness, be my guest, knock yourself out. Funny thing is, I went most of my life before I realized my father, a jazz enthusiast, named me after saxophonist Dexter Gordon. He'd even taken me to see him perform when I was young. At least he didn't name me Dweezil Zappa.Dexter... isn't that a Marcabian name?
