[State AG Rob Bonta and his deputy Blythe Leszkay take on Danny and Scientology]

We’ve been telling you for some time now how it mystifies us that the major media covering Danny Masterson’s criminal case have steadfastly ignored the Church of Scientology’s bold attempt to spring Masterson from prison by filing an “amicus” brief with his appeals court.
We’re still not sure why newspapers covering Danny don’t consider it a story that Scientology is directly trying to interfere on his behalf, but one person who is definitely not ignoring it is California’s Attorney General, Rob Bonta.
This week, the AG’s office submitted its 25-page response to Scientology’s amicus, and we have it for you in full.
It’s as well-written as we were expecting, based on the AG’s previous response to Danny’s appeal, but we especially appreciated how much Bonta and his associates understand that the amicus submitted by Scientology is really a tantrum about itself and not really about Masterson’s rights at all.
As they point out, the reason that the subject of Scientology had to come up at all during Masterson’s criminal trials was that his victims were Scientologists at the time of the attacks. It’s their experiences with Scientology that mattered, not so much Danny’s.
And of course, that only brings up a glaring point about Scientology’s behavior through all of this: Why isn’t Scientology acting more concerned about Scientologists who were attacked by one of their own and less about the rapist who relied on the church to cover his tracks?
That is what a great piece like this does: It not only thoroughly refutes what Scientology is trying to foist on the court, but it also makes you rethink the entire case. Just masterful.

That was an excellent DEBUNK of the cult of scientology's pathologically manipulative lying, gaslighting and shockingly despicable attack on rape victims—in order to restore the "good public relations" of its multi-billion dollar criminal "MONEY FOR MAGICAL POWERS" hoaxes and fraudulent rackets.

My takeaway on all this cult-masterson lunacy (for today at least) is this:

THE UTTER IDIOCY OF "ETHICAL" SCIENTOLOGISTS DONATING
ALL THEIR MONEY TO A CULT THAT DOESN'T GIVE A SHIT
WHETHER THE DONORS ARE RAPED BY THE CULT'S
GLAMOROUS "OT" CELEBRITIES. MEANWHILE, THE
DONORS ARE DESPERATELY TRYING TO BORROW
MORE MONEY TO MAKE THE CULT APPROVE OF
THEIR "ETHICS" SO THAT THE DONOR CAN BE
ALLOWED TO DONATE MORE MONEY IN ORDER
TO GET MIRACULOUS POWERS THAT NOBODY
EVER GOT IN THE FIRST PLACE. ERGO, THE
CULT OF SCIENTOLOGY IS AN INSANE ASYLUM
WHERE PATIENTS ARE PROUDLY GRINNING AND
SHOWING EACH OTHER THEIR IMPRESSIVE
LAPEL PINS AND BOWLING TROPHIES.

(okay, i feel better now, lol)
