There is such a thing as tacit consent. We were silent (for good reason) When tacit consent continues on and on it becomes "common law" or "normal" because it is not opposed.
Why is there silence on their more outrageous escalating punishments, dirty deeds for money, and 1000 other unnatural superimposed activities ?
BECAUSE Hubbard very cleverly designed it in a way that if you DID speak up you were hauled off to Ethics, isolation, labeled "Black PR merchant" "Ethics Bait" "Anti-Management" "Pro-worker" etc.
Hubbard died leaving $467 million in hard cash. This is was off the backs of slaves who worked for pennies an hour and are ejected from the Sea org when they are too old, or develop medical conditions with no pension, no medical, no IRAs, no 401Ks zilch. it is called "Fitness Board".
The whole system is so carefully designed that a person in the cult cannot EVER mention how miserable they are, and how they are being FORCED to continue on and on with no gain. But that is not shared. ETHICS is imposed for talking about case outside session and it costs more and more is sec checks (confessionals)
A few years ago I was flown to Florence in South Carolina for a Federal case on Art Fraud as an expert witness. I was there 2 weeks. I experienced at first hand every part of the judicial system from being briefed by the Federal prosecutors to the trial and how it unravel led. Big case. $40 million dollars of Art Fraud. (Huge amount was Thomas Kinkade art.)
There was not one blow up. No screaming, no hysteria, no pressures, demands and all the insanities that are "normal" in the cult. It was my first time since leaving the Sea org, when I was tightly in another group, morning til night and I was doing comparisons all along. The court system was sane ! The Prosecutors were brilliant ! The staff that co-ordinated all the witnesses were right on the ball and this is what the cult would have you believe is the mad WOG World.
