[Priscilla Presley and Marty Singer]
While we wait for Priscilla Presley to respond to the bombshell allegation in an Orlando lawsuit made by her former business partner, Brigitte Kruse, that Priscilla has a previously unidentified grandchild with Elvis Presley living today in Florida, she’s hitting back hard at Kruse in a separate elder abuse lawsuit in Los Angeles.

The initial lawsuit that kicked off this legal war was filed in October 2023 by Priscilla Presley Partners, LLC against Presley — Priscilla was being sued by her own company in Orlando.

The lawsuit alleges that Priscilla had been near bankruptcy when in late 2022 she turned for help to Kruse, an auctioneer whom she had worked with previously.

Kruse and a man named Kevin Fialko signed contracts in Florida in January 2023 creating Priscilla Presley Partners with Priscilla in order to use her celebrity to make money.

What Masterson's ugly story was being written as a screenplay and the funding sources came to me and said
they are only bankrolling the movie's production & distribution budget if I could come up with a "happy ending"
that was at least within the realm of possibility/reality?

Okay, easy. . .

The DA and prosecutors meet with the heavily populated ranks of attorneys in the civil case--both sides, DEFENSE and PLAINTIFF'S. And they hypothecated a "global settlement" that would favorably impact both the criminal and the civil sentences/judgments for Masterson in both cases.

In essence, the law suit(s) vs. the Church of Scientology, Miscavige and all the other cult actors would proceed at full speed.

However, Masterson would be given some consideration for TESTIFYING VS. THE CULT AND ITS MAIN GURUS & ENTITIES for a full menu of criminal charges, including but not limited to obstruction of justice, fraud, terrorism, stalking, perjury and an encyclopedic set of volumes detailing other misdemeanors, felonies and breaches of fiduciary duties regarding reporting and/or protecting church victims who were subjected to serial rapes, molestations and systemic human rights violations that prevented victims from coming forward or allowing their reports to be provided to law enforcment.

Yeah, okay it's pure fiction but the ending is decent. Masterson can apply for parole much earlier than his current sentence mandates. Early enough that he would still be able to experience life, mobility and employment of some kind. This would all have to have the BLESSING OF THE PLAINTIFFS in the civil and criminal cases. They would do this because they would want:

- - to see a massive financial judgment vs. multiple Scientology leaders, officials and entities. Extravagantly
more than Masterson's remaining estate could ever possibly generate. Yup, the cult has billions. One of those
billions might do the trick.
- - they are satisfied that Masterson has been crushed mentally, psychically, spiritually, physically and financially by their legal actions to date, and not much greater pain/suffering could be dealt to him than his current freakishly and nightmarish existence at this time. So they would "sign off" on the deal from prosecutors with massively improved odds of forcing the cult of scientology to pay intergalactic sums as well as be publicly humiliated as the diabolical organization that sponsored, promoted and defended serial rapes of its own parishioners.

That's a really good deal for his victims, ain't it?

And, oh yeah, the trials vs. Scientology, Miscavige et al have to be publicly broadcasted in real time with full audiovisual records being available on YouTube.

I haven't written this screenplay because I need a massive advance that "salvages this sector" (the sector of my office where i keep a list of Ideal things i could purchase and/or experience if I had a billion dollars)

:hattip:
