Several considerations and issues came up in the course of Scientology's Ex Parte application, the hearing and the aftermath, which warrant additional legal research and advice. Thank you, ISNOINews.

Gerry wrote a response to Michael Hobson's post earlier in this thread.

"I have not seen that anyone participating on ESMB has challenged Hobson on his false fact claims about me and the Scientology v. Armstrong legal saga. I have not seen where anyone even asked him where he got his facts from. Obviously, by keeping Hobson’s false facts unchallenged and leaving them on ESMB as if his libel is in compliance with forum rules, ESMB’s members and operators are serving the Miscavigeite Scientologists’ antisocial purposes in this matter. "

I know too little about this, since I don't know what court order(s) Gerry supposedly disobeyed.

Doesn't really matter though, I've learnt not to take anything the Sneakster says seriously, that is why I don't speak out against him.

Claiming passive agreement on those who frequent the forum is moot, this is an unmoderated forum. any claims of falsehoods should be taken directly with @PirateAndBum who owns it.
