Apparently Sky's son, Hillt had his girlfriend move in to Sky's home. Sky tried to get her into Scientology School.... There was a party....booze for underage kids.... Apparently this girl was raped for several hours...... She decided to go to the police....and a report has been filed.....

AFAICT, at the moment of this writing, Sky Daily has not been charged with any crime in this matter. Apparently, neither has the alleged rapist.

Not only has Ms. Daily not been charged, she hasn't even been arrested. Apparently, neither has the alleged rapist.

Yes. I did some more looking around. Apparently the Jane Doe filed a Police Report back in March of this year? Article said that the local police would not take up the complaint.

But apparently she has filed a new one?

As far as Sky Daily herself......the claim that she removed evidence and tried to cover it up...... That is a problem. Was the Cult involved....I don't know.

No indication of what happened to the girl after "sky kicked her out of her home..."

I am just happy that this is in the News..... And that Scien is so prominently mentioned....

I'm sure that Miscavige is not looking forward to another grape revelation and cult member interference.
 
Hayden Hitt has been specifically names.....in a Suit...

"One of the women claims the stepson, Hayden Hitt, attacked her during the March 28 party. In a separate suit, a different female who was a minor at the time, says Hitt stood guard while another male at the party sexually battered her."

Well......yea apparently local authorities would not take up a criminal case.....after only 1 day of looking into it!

Personally, I'm tickled pink over what is in the News.....

Sky and her son, Hitt......and the John Doe, and John Doe's parents..... So that is potentially 5 Scientologists named... And plenty of mentions of Scientology school.....

I guess Sky is sorta a whale.....in Scien circles too.....

So you're perfectly comfortable with posting an extremely defamatory false claim of someone having been charged with rape - something which is so egregious that it falls under libel per se (defamation so severe that the target doesn't have to prove actual malice in court).

So, for you, truth is entirely irrelevant, so long as it harms the enemy ?

Allow me to remind you that is a fundamental assumption behind C of $ OSA PR attacks against their critics. If we are supposed to be the good guys in white hats, then don't behave exactly like a black hat or nobody will be able to tell the difference.

This situation is being broadly broadcast in the media....... I'm just notifying the board about it....

Aaron in the above vid....has posted and read some of the Civil Suit.....so I guess it must be available on-line from the County Website somewhere....

Apparently the County Prosecutor's office has not made a decision yet to follow up with Criminal Charges.....

The thread title IS misleading. Your explanation of "libel per se" is as well.

The definition is:

When this type of libel is committed, it doesn't automatically override the requirement to prove actual malice in court. It depends on a number of circumstances the courts would decide. In this case, whether Sky Daily is considered a private individual or a public figure would be one determining factor.

All that said, the thread title IS misleading and should be changed. I'll send a report on it.

My intuition is telling me that at least some of the serious allegations ARE true. :coolwink:

If it turns out that the Clearwater Police had sufficient evidence to make an arrest on a prominent Scientologist and chose not to, it's not going to look too good for them. :no:

I'll admit that I too was uncomfortable with this thread title. I at first had a longer one....but thought it would not all be on one line and would be cut off.....It was confusing... So I went with this as simple, to the point and just said to myself what the heck.... Sorry if it is inappropriate.
Feel free to change it. I guess Grape is now the standard work around....

Still lots of confusing info....

When creating a new thread, and I'm unsure if the thread title will fit, I use the Preview button, as it will show you if the whole title will for or not before posting it.
 
The Media using the Hulk Hogan connection is unfortunate IMO.

I did think, at the time, that it was a Scientology "operation" to get such a huge, world famous name.....into the Cult, via a marriage and perhaps a flirty fish situation...

Then the large media splash about the both of em getting Baptized, I guess at a local to Clearwater Christian Church.... ( there are quite a few in a different part of Clearwater...) ( had thought this all a red herring...)

And now this situation, where one of the Jane Does says that was all a ruse.... And Sky being and instructor at a Scientology School....and trying to recruit this young girl.... For me....pretty much shows that the Baptism was all a scam for Hulk Hogan's public.

Was he in on the scam? I guess we'll never know....

I really haven't kept up on what Hogan's daughter dealt with in this happening....

It's newsworthy, grasshopper. And while it has yet to be proven true, nor has it been proven false. The derogatory and offensive attitude with which you point out that no legal action has yet occurred to verify anything (which is basically a non-point, simply mentioning things that have yet to happen) makes you sound like a PR goon for the cult. t This is the EX-Scientology message board, wipe the foam from the corners of your mouth and try not to freak out.

As of the moment of this writing, Sky Daily has not been charged with rape as the title of this thread ( "Sky Daily ... Rape charges" ) asserts. There have been no rape charges in this matter at all. That is a fact.

Whatever citizens reports were made to law enforcement, no criminal charges (which may only originate from government officials) were ever filed. Therefore, as written, the OP is a false report.
 
Sky Daily has posted a rebuttal video..... I found it here on Instagram....

I don't know what to say about it. Seems to skirt the situation.....entirely. Major deflection....

Is she referring to Aaron? I don't know.

She says she is not a Scientologist.... And is dismayed by the sullying of Hogan's Christian Message....
