Aaron Smith-Levin Arrested for Felony Assault at Flag Land Base

.

How many times has Aaron been arrested and taken to jail in the last number of years? There was that time that he got in a fight in a bar, wasn't there, while he was running for political office? Then there was that time where he BABDDOHB ("Bullbaited Angry Black Dude/Dog On Hollywood Boulevard"). Wasn't there another time when he had a physical encounter with some wacky bunny-boiling stalker chick and got arrested? Then there is the BPC incident ("By Passed Chalk") that got him arrested this time. Are there others?

The Scientologists should actually be grateful to Aaron because he is repeatedly proving Dr. Hubbard's tech that we are all doomed because we live on a "Prison Planet!"!

...
Seeing Aaron's crashing into the guardrails lifestyle reminds me of my teenage years, when I accumulated so many speeding tickets that my drivers license was suspended, but I continued to drive and even get more speeding tickets because those were the days before everything was in computerized files, and the cops had no idea yet about my suspended license, wheee! :-) But eventually, in my 20's, I grew up, albeit more or less. The jury is still out on if or when Aaron will get there.

Aaron called into his YouTube livestream from county jail around the 5 minute mark of this video. I listened to a little of it.

He's in good spirits, in a minimum security space with no bars whatsoever. The only thing that seems really bad is the food.

I believe he has a hearing coming up this Friday if I remember correctly. Some of the other inmates are wanting to come protest with him when they all get out.

BREAKING NEWS with Jenna Miscavige

AI-Generated Summary:

This is a livestream featuring Jenna Scavage (niece of Scientology's leader) and Erica, discussing Aaron Smith-Levin's court hearing where he was denied bail on charges stemming from protests against Scientology. Aaron remains in jail following incidents involving alleged battery with Scientology security guards. The speakers express frustration with the judge's demeanor, Aaron's legal representation, and what they perceive as Scientology's manipulation of the legal system.

At the beginning of the video, Jenna made an important disclaimer stating:
Key points of the disclaimer:
  1. She's taken over Aaron's channel - Jenna said she "hijacked this computer and stole his password"
  2. Aaron has no control - She emphasized that Aaron has no control over what she says on the channel
  3. All opinions are her own - Everything said represents her personal opinions, not Aaron's direction
  4. Not scripted by Aaron - Nothing happening on the stream is directed or scripted by Aaron
  5. Collective experience - She noted that everyone present (herself, Erica, and others) has been protesting and against Scientology for "decades and decades" collectively
  6. Using the forum independently - They're using Aaron's platform to share their own opinions based on their independent involvement in protesting Scientology
The disclaimer was clearly meant to protect Aaron from any liability for what was said during the livestream while he's incarcerated, and to make clear that the speakers were acting on their own accord rather than as his representatives or under his instruction.

Top 20 Most Important Takeaways

  1. Aaron denied bail again - The judge refused to grant Aaron bail at his hearing, meaning he remains incarcerated until at least his next court date in mid-December.
  2. Judge's changed demeanor - The judge appeared friendly and relatable with other cases but became noticeably colder and more dismissive when handling Aaron's case.
  3. "You're not helping yourself" - The judge repeatedly cut Aaron off with this phrase when he tried to speak, which the speakers found demeaning and aggressive.
  4. Concerns about legal representation - While described as a "good trial attorney," Aaron's lawyer reportedly hasn't been communicating with him adequately or submitting crucial evidence about Scientology's history.
  5. Missing context about Scientology - Information about Scientology's documented history of "fair gaming," framing protesters, and FBI raids hasn't been presented to the judge.
  6. Battery occurred first - Video evidence allegedly shows Scientology security guards committed battery first (including with water and slamming a door), but this hasn't been properly presented.
  7. Cop admitted mutual battery - A police officer was caught on camera admitting it was mutual battery, but both parties weren't charged equally.
  8. Judge dismissed human trafficking claims - When Aaron mentioned he was a victim of human trafficking, the judge dismissed it as irrelevant.
  9. Sea Org members can't see the evidence - The alleged "victims" (Scientology security guards) cannot access internet or TV, so claims they're afraid of Aaron's videos identifying them are questionable.
  10. YouTube income criticized - The judge suggested Aaron's YouTube channel (his livelihood) was problematic and he should "do something else with your life," which speakers found prejudicial.
  11. OSA feeding information to prosecutors - The speakers believe Scientology's Office of Special Affairs is providing one-sided information to state attorneys while victims remain uninformed.
  12. Legal fund crucial - They're raising money for supplemental legal counsel because the current representation isn't adequately addressing Scientology's tactics.
  13. Jury trial preferred - Speakers believe Aaron has a better chance with a jury who can hear full evidence about Scientology's documented history of targeting critics.
  14. Discovery could expose Scientology - A trial would allow subpoenas of key witnesses like Debbie Cook (former Flag Base head) and Jenna's parents, potentially opening a "can of worms" for Scientology.
  15. Missing Thanksgiving and family events - Aaron will miss his daughter's birthday, a funeral for his daughter's boyfriend, and Thanksgiving while in jail over "chalk powder."
  16. Judge may be prejudiced - Multiple observations suggest the judge has predetermined views about protesters/auditors and isn't considering evidence objectively.
  17. Clearwater political developments - City council members are publicly questioning councilman Ryan Cotton's ties to Scientology after he wrote a letter to the attorney general on their behalf.
  18. Community support strong - Nearly 1,500 people watched the livestream, donations are coming in, and the protest community remains united.
  19. Commissary and communication - Supporters can send money for Aaron's commissary (must be in by Sunday for Tuesday/Thursday orders) and send emails at 50 cents each.
  20. Protesting continues - Despite attempts to intimidate them, the group plans to continue protesting and using Aaron's channel, asserting their First Amendment rights.

.

Thanks. Yes, saw that part of the video contained in the first minutes of update messaging on Aaron. But then I tuned out. . .

When i saw your post—a new thought flashed thru my mind:

WHAT IF THIS EPISODE OF THE HIT TV SHOW ("OH NO, AARON'S IN JAIL AGAIN!")
HAS TWO (2) COMPLETELY DIFFERENT AND CONTRADICTORY MEANINGS?

COSMIC MEANING #1: Oh no, this imprisonment is such a horrific injustice!!! They're being so unfair to Aaron! Therefore we have
to all band together to support Aaron and fund raise, and ramp up our live protests in front of cult orgs.

COSMIC MEANING #2: Oh wow, this imprisonment is such a fantastic win for Aaron!!!

EXPLANATION: The #1 meaning, above, places, solidifies & relegates Aaron position at "effect" of the "SPs" (the cult). Only evil beings would put a "theta being" like Aaron in jail and keep him there for longer stretches, even perhaps until his trial. The only solution to this is fundraising for Aaron's legal team and ultimately a massive "religious freedom crusade" in Portland where all ex-scientologists must attend and march for days chanting catchy slogans. I haven't given any thought to what they should chant but the first one that comes to mind is:

NOT ONE THIN DIME FOR WALLERSHEIM
NOT ONE THIN NICKEL FOR WHEN AARON GOES TRAVIS BICKLE

Or possibly this chant:

"NOT ONE ADMISSION OF FAIL-- IN ORDER TO GET AARON OUT ON BAIL".

Here's the point. The "WIN" alluded to in Cosmic Meaning #2 is that maybe this particular "no bail, stay in jail" event is the universe's way of offering a helpful hint to Aaron of the "FAFO" rule covering times when you do stupid shit. In other words, what if Aaron continues on this trajectory and (if no moment of cosmic admonishment) he ends up doing something super-stupid that actually ends him up in prison (not jail) for a more serious crime? Maybe this jail time (on top of the earlier arrests & jail-ings is nature/s way of gently teaching Aaron a precious lesson about the principle of actions and consequences.

So, what if this jail time actually HELPS Aaron avoid WFA ("recklessly fucking around") in the future and going to prison? That would be a huge win, no? LOL

Aaron has at times produced some truly outstanding content. I am not a big fan, however, of his "OH NO LOOK WHAT THEY DID TO ME!" episodes.

The only exception to all of the above is this one. What if Aaron is PURPOSELY pulling off all these fail-stunts in order to cultivate CLICKS? That would be a cool revelation too, but gambling on the outcome of illegal stunts would be such a crazy thing to do because Aaron (after all) is a homo sapiens and therefore he is not "total cause over life" and cannot prevent weird and wacky things happening if he goes outlaw.

Wishing y'all good luck, Monsieur Aaron. Bon Chance!

Maybe Aaron will change his approach in the future as a result of his experience in county jail. My personal preference is to learn things from the bad experiences of others rather than having to personally go through the negative consequences myself.

On the subject of protesting, I have no doubt that OSA gets intense pressure put upon them to do something against the protesters to stop them. It's better IMO not to help them with that objective as Aaron has done.

That said, while OSA probably celebrated getting Aaron arrested & jailed, I believe it will backfire on them in the long run. Aaron doesn't seem the type to stop protesting; more likely, he'll double down.
And already some of his fellow inmates want to join him in future protests.

If I was protesting in Clearwater, I'd take a completely different approach. It's known that many Clearwater citizens are unhappy with how Scientology has acted in their city. I would get as many of them as possible to protest against the CoS and become politically active, helping to put pressure on both local and government officials to revoke the tax exemption and hold them accountable for their criminal & abusive behavior.

And already some of his fellow inmates want to join him in future protests.

You state that like it is a true fact. Do you have some other source than Aaron says for that information ?

..
I believe it IS factual, but no, I don't have another source at the moment.

And I have no current plans to visit the county jail to do any fact-checking
.

I feel total certainty that other imprisoned convicts would show up and be part of protests after they get out.

Just yesterday while doing attendance call-ins for protests, I received a "confirm" from another prisoner. It was an e-mail stating that fact from ex-scientologist Danny Masterson. He said he is definitely coming to future protests, however he was concerned about his prison release date and asked if i knew any way to "break him out of there". I am not sure what he meant, it's probably celebrity slang or something cool.

Here's a post from Liz Gale on YouTube. And I do agree with her about the treatment Aaron is getting by the justice system.

And I do agree with her about the treatment Aaron is getting by the justice system.

Aaron is was released from jail on bail pending appearance at a court hearing for the first assault charge for throwing about a pound of Holi Powder (a substance that is known to have caused hundreds of deaths and thousands of hospitalizations in India due to poisoning and/or respiratory issues) directly into a Sea Org security guard's face. This act was extremely well documented from both YouTube videos he posted and from FSO Security camera recordings.

One of standard conditions of his Bail release was to commit no further crimes or misdemeanors while out on Bail. Aaron chose to go back to FSO, violate his No Trespassing warning, and assault another Sea Org security guard. Again, all documented on video.

At the prelimary hearing for the 2nd Assault charge, he was remanded to custody for violating his bail terms until his next hearing on Dec 5, 2025.

All of this is SOP, so I'm not sure what Jenna is complaining about.

Sometimes the mere fact that someone is "on our side" about a meaningful issue needs to be weighed against the liability of being associated with that person's misbehaviors and thusly displayed character. I don't know if or how much Aaron's videos, etc have any impact on anyone who isn't already on the anti-Scientology side of the fence, but his rap sheet provides great fodder for the C of S to "dead agent" Scientology whistle blowers as being "criminals" and their complaints as not being credible. Its an individual decision, but holding up Aaron as someone to rally around is not the anti-Scientology hill I want to die on.

You are falsely linking the substance Aaron threw in the face of the security guard with a substance that has killed hundreds of people.

Holi powder is a colored powder traditionally used during the Hindu festival of Holi, which celebrates the arrival of spring and the triumph of good over evil. It has not killed hundreds of people. :faceslap:

A single person was killed, and a couple of hundred were hospitalized when children mistakenly used leftover industrial dyes they believed to be Holi powder.

I see zero evidence that he had a "no trespassing warning". He did have a "no contact order," but didn't see any report indicating he violated that order.

I saw a video clip of the incident that caused him to get the second charge; I didn't see evidence of him assaulting an S.O. member. If you are aware of a video showing that, please link to it.

All of this is SOP, so I'm not sure what Jenna is complaining about.

If you're not sure what Jenna is complaining about, I doubt you watched any of the previous videos.

I bet she would also complain about you shifting the narrative from a misdemeanor assault to something resembling an assault with a deadly weapon. :D

I totally agree with you
I watched all the protesters and I saw OSA’s plan on how to handle them

Scientology owns the police departments via many tactics, including bribes and smoke and mirror managed image control

Shilling OSA bots work on this

Scientology is sitting on billions of dollars and has the money to get people tangled up in the courts and then ruin them utterly and financially

Scientology will look for any excuse to file a TRO
And many have been filed

Scientologist will lie lie lie -
Twisting the truth to suit their antagonism
They’re gonna shut down the SP’s and they will use whatever means they can

He has the best defense attorney in Clearwater

That Attorney has gone silent, isn’t responding to Aaron - allowing him to sit in jail for now a week
And it looks like he may be there till mid December

The attorney is not really helping Aaron- which indicates a hefty bribe $$$$$$ by Scientology

The judge is acting very strange and is obviously been paid off by Scientology

Remember if you’re a religion and you got money
You’re above the law
And if you follow L Ron Hubbard’s tech, you are directed to ruin them utterly

It’s KSW baby

You linked to evidence that did nothing to support your claim that hundreds of people died from the Holi powder in India. Are you sticking to that story or will you withdraw that claim?

Even if it were true though:

1) What is typically sold in North America as Holi powder is NOT the same as what is sold in India.

2) How did you come to the conclusion that what Aaron used was Holi powder? (that's not what was in the police report).

I have taken it upon myself to conduct thorough and conclusive research on this matter, and these are my findings.

Aaron called it Holi Powder. Cheryl chimed in and said it’s the same powder as used in India.

Here’s video proof. 👇
