Valerie Haney’s lawsuit will continue after her lawyer told a judge today that she still wants to proceed after missing a scheduled arbitration hearing last August.
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Gail Killefer scheduled a status conference for Nov. 5 at 8:30 a.m.
Scientology lawyer William Forman told the judge he’s asking Haney’s lawyer Graham Berry to dismiss the lawsuit, but Berry said Haney “wishes to continue with this case.”
“The problem is communication,” Berry said.
“Communication with who?” Judge Killefer asked.
“Communication between the International Justice Chief and Ms. Haney,” Berry answered.

Over whom? Appointed by whom?

If one is no longer a Scientologist....how can the "Chief" even have any rights
