Just what some need! Some way to safely stay unaware of differing ideas. Best I can suggest: Stay off the Internet.

Some will and some won't. I hope that all here will, at least, treat everyone with respect.

Cat Daddy has been suspended from this Board so there's no point replying to him. He's a troublemaker who gets worse the longer he's allowed to post. If he starts posting again after his suspension just watch the way he searches the Board looking for male enemies and female posters he can call "sweetie". He works himself up to a frenzy until he gets banned. He's done it numerous times.

I was in touch with Sheila after she departed. Her reason for leaving had nothing to do politics or the discussion concerning covid.

She was upset because of something another member (who is no longer active here) did concerning posting personal information about her.

Yes.
My conversations with her seemed to reveal that she was ready to be moving on with things and that she was busy in her new career (?) and just living in general. It would seem that she had also run her course here, finding it more and more of a distraction than anything else.

Sheila could be quite direct at times, but she always came from a good place in her heart.

I liked her.
