Yes... but as you can se, the website front end is still there, and so is the user accounts and login functionality, so the site is not "down" as such.
And the owner of it has stated that it is not deleted but down for repairs.
Not that I have any insights into Emmas life, but I suspect she has other priorities then fixing ESMB, like, Christmas, New Years Eve and real life.

People get hard up for money and are lured back into the cult
the cult has a history of getting those that put out the truth of Scientology to later change the truth with lies in exchange for money

While the board is in read-only mode it does get quite a bit of traffic, as it should. It is a treasure full of valuable information.

Through no real fault of his own, Arnaldo Lerma (who was suffering from years of intolerable back pain from an old injury) became an oxycodone (a powerful opioid pain killer) abuser. There are extreme mental health issues associated with long term opioid abuse and addiction to which Mr. Lerma clearly fell prey. Ms. Sugerman herself pointed this out in public statements after the failed murder attempt.
Cult Scientology didn't make Arnie into an opioid addict - or a murderer.

You know its costly to have a forum hosted by a 3rd party.
There is no freebie to have a site hosted.
This original ESMB is costing Emma hosting fees.
Emma does not do any fund raising to support this
I would be willing to contribute to funds needed.
Earlier I was accused of contributing to the former ESMB financially for favors.

Unsavory ALANZO was the source of that.
I will contribute for the old forum hosting fees where clearly there are no favors
to be gotten.
I do it because there is VALUE to these forums and a wealth of data for all.

you missed my point...
After she was shot in the face by Mr Arnie Lerma....Mrs Arnie Lerma went back INTO the cult of Scientology and disconnected from ex scientologists but Scientology would not have her back so she betrayed friends who trusted her to go back into the very thing that shattered her family more than once
That is what I am referring to.
Arnie Lerma no doubt had his issues but he was fair gamed by Scientology hard and for a long time
That did irrepable damage to the poor guy
he did a lot of good exposing the cult of Scientology though
