Holy Hell! On staff for 53 years and he never made it to OT.

Stalled out at OT III.

I guess at some level he figured out that what he had dedicated his entire life to (helping others become OT) was not worth doing. So he stopped there at OT III.

I'd say that is irrefutable proof that Hubbard's 100% workable technology did not work.

Confirming that OT III was nothing more than a gimmick and OT VII was nothing more than a hyperbolic fiction was this; If OT VII really resulted in "TOTAL CAUSE OVER LIFE", then any staff member daring to stop at OT III would have been sent to ethics and com-ev'd for the "HIGH CRIME" and overt of omission of not using the tech to save the world.

What sane organization would allow a staff member to NOT attain "total cause over life" if there was such a thing?

"I AM TOO BUSY TO DO OT VII AND BECOME TOTAL CAUSE
OVER LIFE---BECAUSE I AM TRYING TO CLEAR THE PLANET
AND THE TASK IS SO ENORMOUS I DON'T HAVE ANY EXTRA TIME!

SO THAT'S WHY I SPEND 18 HOURS A DAY HELPING OTHERS GO
UP THE BRIDGE TO OT VII, SO THEY CAN USE THEIR POWERS
OF TOTAL CAUSE TO HELP SAVE MANKIND."

What a creepy-cringey clusterf*ck!

Louis told me he had "recalibrated" his vision and expectation of what OT was over the years
from what he had experienced (lowering his big dream to mundane levels, IMO). I wrote a story
about it here. An excerpt about my blunt conversation with him and Clive Rabey, Flag Tours Reg:
------------------------
Has any one person ever attained a single verifiable OT phenomenon skill? Come on boys, shit or get off the pot.
When? I was pretty blunt and tough talking. We spoke for about twenty minutes in all and I made sure to remember
all the details for future.
Louis' answer was revealing. He told me he had "recalibrated" [my word . . his meaning] his expectations over the
years about what it means to "be OT" and what the actual skills of an OT really are. What he had a achieved as
an OT, an operating thetan:
  • his comm lines in life are smooth
  • he gets along with his family really well now
  • his production is very high
  • his dynamics are aligned and in very good order
"Sorry boys, I think we're done here," I told them after his polite and detailed story. At that point, I knew they had
nothing and they knew it too. Clive [Rabey] offered to have a Class 9 standing by anytime I called to give me a free
intensive or two. They were both polite and respectful enough. I felt sorry for them.
