On Tuesday, Brooke Hogan created a stir with her first interview since the July 24 death of her famous father, pro wrestling legend Hulk Hogan.
Speaking on the Bubba the Love Sponge live-streamed show, Brooke talked about numerous things that had strained her relationship with her father, including Hulk’s decision to marry his third wife Sky Daily in September 2023, despite Sky’s background growing up in Scientology.
Brooke said that Sky claimed she was out of Scientology, but remained in good standing with the church so her children could continue to see her parents, who are OT 8 members.
Brooke said that she was so concerned about this, she reached out to prominent former Scientologist Mike Rinder, whose bestselling book A Billion Years: My Escape From a Life in the Highest Ranks of Scientology had come out the year before, in 2022.
We’re still dealing with losing Mike, Leah Remini’s co-star on her A&E series Scientology and Aftermath, and a huge influence on us here at the Underground Bunker. Mike died of cancer on January 5.
