Yesterday, our daily sartorial splendor alert indicated that defense attorney Philip Cohen had stepped up his game at the Danny Masterson retrial.

We marveled at the metallic deep purple three-piece suit he wore to court, with the matching purple-rimmed porkpie hat. He even got catcalls as he walked into court in the morning.

Philip Cohen is paid way too much, and despite the description of his 'elegance' I personally find his outfits bland, if I had his dough I'd turn up in red velevt suits and black satin cape. That tie is not pink, it looks like a white shirt that got washed with a red baby sock.

I'm also anxious to see what happens, I'm not too hopeful but I can dream. I think they did a much better time this time around but it's such a hard case to prove. I'm confident he won't get a "not guilty" verdict but it only takes on juror not being convinced to hang things. I'm glad we got more Scientology evidence but I'd like to see even more. If we got access to DM's PC folders I'm sure it would be a slam dunk.
