The Twitter header of "Highly Commended" Scientology Field Staff Member Nation of Islam Sister Renata Muhammad says: "We Don't Want Your Vaccine."

...
I think they “Don’t want your vaccine” because both you and your vaccine are racist. The covid19 virus is not racist so they will soon begin chanting “NO VIRUS NO PEACE!”

Actually, you are not too far off from the truth.

Somewhat oversimplified, and perhaps unfairly so, the objections of the Nation of Islam to vaccines boil down to "Tuskegee experiment." There are additional allegations that vaccines cause autism, and particularly autism in children of color, and conspiracy theories regarding depopulation and, again, particularly depopulation of people of color, but the factual foundation for all of that is the Tuskegee experiment.

Indeed, the current slogan of the NOI in this area is: "Not another Tuskegee experiment!"

Background:

Upworthy: The Tuskegee experiment shows us why Black people are skeptical about the new vaccines

Dr. Wesley Muhammad received his Ph.D. in Islamic Studies from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor). He is not a medical doctor.

I can see why Blacks might be suspicious due to the Tuskegee experiment where they were treated no better than laboratory animals. This study was conducted by the United States Public Health Service and the CDC and lasted forty years!

More recently, one of the top scientists at CDC turned whistleblower, revealing that they acted in a way to destroy evidence during research that did show a connection between the MMR vaccine and autism in Black children. Dr. William Thompson, CDC senior scientist, and whistleblower said
“OH MY GOD. I CANNOT BELIEVE WE DID WHAT WE DID. BUT WE DID.”

Responding to the Nation of Islam Saviours' Day 2021 Disaster Preparedness workshop, "Highly Commended" Scientology Field Staff Member NOI Sister Renata Muhammad says:

"They want death for not only us but the earth's population with them. That's why they keep pushing that vaccine."
