This is the FEBC Org Board from 1968. It was subsequently modified numerous times, while Hubbard was still running the organizations and he did not continue with the “FEBC Org Board.”

A key element of the management techniques Scientologists sell to businessmen is L. Ron Hubbard's "organizational board."

Used also by the Church of Scientology, the "Org Board" divides an organization into seven divisions -- executive, personnel, sales, finance, training, marketing and qualifications. Each division's duties are spelled out, along with the basis for evaluating employee performance.

In describing the Org Board's virtues, Scientology consultants omit Hubbard's colorful account of its origins -- an account reminiscent of one of his science fiction tales.

During a 1965 lecture to Scientologists in England, Hubbard said his board is a refined version of one that was used for "80 trillion years" by an "old galactic civilization."

Hubbard said the civilization died (he did not say when) because its organizational board lacked one division that he incorporated into his modern-day version.

Declared Hubbard: "We don't want these temporary fly-by-night affairs!"

so was the correct version of the org board used by WISE? and if not, are they going revise things to what they should have been and give partial refunds?

Apologies, but you may have been given "false data" on this area. Kindly allow me to "r-factor" you on what really happened:

Dr. Hubbard's wholetrack research discovered that an ancient​

galactic civilization ran for 80 trillion years without a complaint dept.​

​

Dr. Hubbard recognized that the civilization collapsed after ​

just 80 trillion years. That is merely a "brief breath in eternity"​

or whatever or some junk. Ron knew that he could do far better.​

Thereafter, Ron created a wooden box that was very publicly​

displayed in all orgs, with the label "COMPLAINT BOX". ​

All complaining parties were then routed to the Corrections Dept. ​

​

Not to correct the matter being complained about.​

​

But, instead, to hammer out of existence the complainer and ​

simultaneously boom the orgs's Gross Income stats by ordering​

that nattery DB/SP to buy many intensives of sec checks.​

Not long after all of the above breakthroughs, LRH had yet another discovery— ​

that nobody was putting anything in the complaint box. Whereupon, he set up​

a second wooden box where Scientologists could report on people who HAD​

complaints but were afraid to reveal it in writing. ​

All of this eventually culminated in someone declaring a Golden Era. Nobody knows what that means, but when the words "GOLDEN ERA" are printed on glossy paper with gold-toned ink— Scientologists are blown away and begin writing success stories!

I see a lot of J&D in this thread. We'll see who has the last laugh when you see the expansion this new org board causes. Class V orgs haven't been expanding, obviously due to the old org board. Just think how much easier it's going to be on Div 6 lines, you tell them "we have a new org board" and they'll close instantly. I don't think you guys are thinking this all the way through.

It's mind blowing to look at how easily we accepted all the "Millions/billions/trillions of years" BS. Reminds me of the "Illuminati" characters who approach me with promises that they'll make me "rich and famous". Then I point out that "being rich and famous is not a spiritual goal, and you are neither", and they go away.
The Scientology experience does serve to inoculate a person from similar BS: "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me"

I think being rich can be a spiritual goal, or at least it can give one the means to achieve a spiritual goal.

Recently I bumped into one of those LRH wholetrack dates. It was the GORILLA GOAL IMPLANTS which LRH dated at 256 QUADRILLION YEARS AGO.

I found that 256 quadrillion years-ago date to be utterly ridiculous! Ron must have believed that we were all credulously moronic idiots! Insulting!!

In order to prove it was absurd BS, I drove 79 miles to my secret underground storage unit and retrieved my old trusty e-meter which I haven't seen for decades! When I got back home I ran a short cycle on the cans and it consistently read that the Gorilla Goals Implant was only 17 quadrillion years ago.

That conclusively proved that LRH was simply imagining and making up big, impressive sounding dates. I am calling him out on pseudo-scientific fraud!

The only other possibility is that LRH was absolutely correct and my old meter was slightly off due to not having been sent back to Gold for a silver cert that confirmed the calibration. But, even if my calibration was off I seriously doubt that it could have been off by any more than perhaps 1 or (at most) 2 quadrillion years.

PRO TIP: Follow the science people!
